Absolutely a waste of time. The rental specialist had no idea what she was doing. She told me no one would work with me because I have an 3viction from 2009. I told her that after 7 years it’s no longer on your credit report and she says it stays there forever. Needless to say she was less than informed. How are you a rental specialist and you don’t know that an eviction falls off after seven years. Then she gives me an astronomical number for rent that is way out of my budget. Tells me she would follow up and never did. She had an off putting deposition like she didn’t want to work with me. This place is crap. They don’t know anything. I went looking on my own and everyone u went to would work me. I found a place WITHIN my budget and my deposit was extremely low due to my credit. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

We made the mistake of using the services of this location. I was very specific with the rep informing her we were only in town for a few days to pick out a place to live and did not want to waste my time looking at ghetto dangerous locations, which is the only locations this rep sent us to. Not to mention the first place we went to had currently has TWO unsolved homicides. I was very upset we didn’t find anything, we wasted our time and were unable to rent as of yet due to all the wasted time viewing not up to our standard places! Thanks apartment hunters!

Great service. At short notice, I was provided with a listing of apartment communities in NE Orlando. The follow-up communication is also ver pleasant. If I had more time, I hope the service would have included a little more discussion about Orlando neighborhoods to consider. Moving from out of town, this would have been a helpful feature.
Otherwise, I am pleased! I am glad to have found the Apartment Hunters when I did.
