Barney’s New York

They should rename this store the «Snotty Snoot Snoots Shop.» Seriously, the employees here acted like they were the Queen of England and I was a bother to them. I was stared up and down by the snooty employees to the point it made me super uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to haul butt out of there. I know Barney’s is high end but c’mon, this is an OUTLET store in ORLANDO! You’re gonna get tourists! I don’t like spending my money where I’m not treated like a valued customer. I love designer duds but just because I’m out shopping for the day in a t-​shirt and jeans doesn’t mean I should be treated like a second class citizen.
Service issues aside, this outlet is just okay. They have a good assortment of Barney’s house brand shoes and bags and when I was there, there were tons of Marc Jacobs handbags. While it truly is a Barney’s outlet, you’ll still be paying high prices — just not Barney’s retail prices. I probably won’t return to this shop.
