Restaurant is dirty restroom is filthy. if you cant keep the restaurant clean inagine what the kitchen looks like please go for urself and check it out. i dont see how this place is still in business

I came here for lunch because it was right next to the location I was working for that day. Despite the reviews, I decided to give this place a try! And I’m glad I did! I ordered the sub lunch special with fries and it’s so good! I got the meatball sub and everything tasted so fresh! It took a little while for me to get my food, but if you call ahead that should take care of that problem! I’m glad I gave this place a shot! I’ll be back for sure!

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Absolutely incompetent employees. Waited for more than an hour and twenty minutes for our luke warm, flavorless food. Do not order from this place. The people that they have working there are bottom of the barrel and are not afraid to show it. Awful experience

Very poor. In town for business; didn’t feel like going out. All these good reviews are them. Went and saw, it’s their family. They told me after I waited an hour for my food that «it’s to far away because it’s 25 minutes away.» First I had already ordered and paid. It had been an hour before they called and said they typed it in their GPS that it was to far away. Not because of mileage because of time. So I typed it in mine; 12 – 14 minutes. So I went. Took 11 minutes.
When they called and said they could deliver, of course I got an attitude over my food, it had been made, I had been waiting. So they got any attitude back and use extreme profanity. I’m sure the food is good but their customer service is inexcusable. They did refund my money immediately

This place is discusting. Guy who made my pizza was outside smoking went to the kitchen started cooking there was 2 cockroaches that i saw on the table to the right. I will be calling the health dept first thing monday. Bathroom was even more discusting there was a womans panty liner on the floor. This place needs to be condemned. When it was owned by the american it was a awesome place now some foreign ppl own it

I bought a large veggie pizza and it was very small and had the stupidest combination of veggies (tomatoes, olives, and green pepper… that’s it! wtf) I figured I’d give them another try and buy two large pizzas from them, BIG MISTAKE… spent 30 dollars for two very small «large» pizzas that were very thin. Terrible service. Terrible and RUDE employees.

As a black male from the waist down, I am offended by some of the previous comments. Although, I have to agree that the food quality has gone down under new ownership.

The food is really good. It’s a good price and is prepared very quickly. I really like eating here.

Id really like to give it 3.5 stars. Unilocal needs to change that in my opinion. Its better than ok but im not the biggest fan. Its pretty decent though, especially for an area that lacks in good pizza. Its traditional new york style. The dough is nice and doughy, almost feels like its undercooked and im actually a big fan of that. The sauce is sweet and the cheese is plentiful and salty. All in all a good greasy pie and I would repeat for sure.

Big Daddy’s has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. 3 separate times my husband and I have ordered delivery and our order was wrong. It’s a shame because the food is delicious. The people who answer the phone and take orders are obviously not trained and one of them was extremely rude to my husband who called back when we received our food and it wasn’t what we asked for. We asked to speak to a manager on duty and we’re told there wasn’t one. The most recent and absolutely final time we will ever give this place our business, our pizza arrived an hour and a half after we ordered it, and we were quoted 40 minutes. Like I said, the food is actually good but it’s not worth the trouble. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Hopefully whoever is running that place gets it together.

I have to give this business. I had just walked out Staples, was feeling lazy, and popped inside to order up a pie. I sat down with a tea and shortly thereafter I took home a piping hot pizza.
The pizza was surprisingly tasty and the price was good. I have never ordered delivery but I would not hesitate to order up another pie from this corner shop again. The menu has your typical pizza shop far and the place seemed to do pretty steady business was I was on premises.
If you looking for a no-​frills pie at a decent price, don’t hesitate to give this little shop your business.

Stopped here for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I get my hair cut in the same plaza and figured I would check it out, I do not think they have been open for long.
Soon as I walked in I noticed the place was a bit on the dirty side. Its small, 2 hi-​top tables with 2 chairs each and has an open kitchen. After a brief review of the fairly basic menu that was duct taped to the counter I went with a meatball sub and some garlic bread with cheese. You may ask why I even ordered if one of the first things I noticed was the place seemed to not be so clean? ‘
1. I was starving; I’m talking almost asked the dude who took my order for a cup of marinara sauce to chug while I waited for my order.
2. I have eaten at places like these before (notably small take-​out Chinese restaurants) and the food has been phenomenal.
3. Being a very small business owner myself, I always like to give the small guy a shot, sure they may not be operating in the best of environments but as long as they keep it sanitary and produce a good product, I’ll support them.
Due to the small quarters I was able to watch my food be prepared start to finish. About half way through my order being done, the delivery driver returned. She came in, put away the delivery bag, plugged in her cell phone to charge, and then the phone rang. She took the order and then turned around to presumable wash her hands and help out with the process… right? WRONG… at least partially that is. She did help the other 2 guys out, stretching some dough over a sheet pan, spooning the sauce over, and then digging her bare hands into the cheese bin to top off the pie… the only problem was she neglected to wash her hands first. I’m sure this practice is much more common than we all think but seriously… if you have a wide open kitchen, and a patron is sitting there, watching every move you make… you think you would wash your hands before touching food… especially after just returning from a delivery!
I will most likely not be giving this place a second chance but I will still continue to support small start-​up businesses as much as I can

The place they are located is not busy plaza BUT their Pizza (we order spinach and artichoke pizza) its was sooo good. Not only the test but they put a lots of toppings. Its a grommet pizza I can say that. You should differently try it! And their price are reasonable! Also they are more like To Go place.
