When a customer asks if they can return an item and the employee says yes the customer should be able to return an item train your staff

Have been going to this store since I bleached my hair… Its been about 3 years and I have no complain but to say thank you! The girls are very nice and they always recommend the BEST product for my hair. Have bought everything from shampoo, leave-​ins, blow drier, flat iron… Will definitely go back over and over again!

Buyer beware. I purchased an over priced blow dryer thinking it was better quality then the cheaper blow dryers. I was sadly mistaken I hate the blow dryer and wanted to return it or exchange but they do not allow. I should have stuck with the larger stores that have return policies. Never will I ever shop at this store again.

Has everything you could need as far as high brand hair care products — for decent prices, too. They carry some makeup brands that other stores (like Sephora) don’t carry (which is nice). Informative employees, easy to navigate small store. Highly recommend checking out sometime!

They have a good selection of items, however I bought something for my wife and it turns out she wanted a different version of the product the store didn’t carry. I went back the next day and they informed me that they have NO REFUNDS, only store credit. As in another Unilocalers review, they don’t disclose this to you. What store can’t issue a refund on an unused item?! I’m very disappointed as this was an expensive product and I doubt I’d be back to fulfill my store credit. Stay away if you’re even remotely unsure about buying something here, or buying a gift.

I only go here if I have to and time is an issue. The employees are rude. They openly talk about customers and stand in groups while staring at you. So uncomfortable. Every time I go in.. the same unprofessional atmosphere. I won’t ever go back and I won’t refer anyone to go there.

All the girls who work there are very attentive and always asking if you need help to find the perfect products for your hair! They have plenty of bilingual sales girls in case tourists don’t speak English… They have all of my favorite brands such as SH-​RD, Alterna caviar and bamboo, it’s a 10, JOico, Lanza, Senscience, Osis, bonacure, OPI, Essie and much more!!!

I want to give this store 0 starts but I have to pick at least one to write this review…
This store does NOT DO returns and they don’t disclose this before you make your purchase. They will give you a store credit.
I was wavering over a $ 45 brush and felt guilty two minutes after purchasing and wanted to return it immediately — I left the store and turned back around within minutes of my purchase. She said they couldn’t give me a credit and she pointed to the top of the receipt that read ‘no returns’.
If I would have known that before purchasing, I most likely wouldn’t have bought it before researching the price on Amazon.
I found a sticker under the $ 45 dollar sticker that read $ 25 and this was the immediate reason I wanted to return the brush. I also Googled this brush while in the store and the average price I saw it available for on-​line was $ 25.
I brought up both of these concerns with the clerk and they didn’t do anything.
I left; I like the brush but wish I would have bought on-​line.
I don’t trust this vendor and wouldn’t go back again.

Good variety, but terrible customer service. Sad to say it, but I’ll go elsewhere next time.

I love this place! They have a huge variety of hair products… it’s like a one stop shop for exclusive, prestige products. It seems like they always get a hold of the latest products before they hit mainstream salons.
