Nice selection of stuff but pricey. Purchased a shirt and a tie for my hubby. There are s couple of items that I wished I had purchased because when I checked the prices at Bloomingdales and Nordstrom’s they were much more expensive.

OMG, YESYESYESYASSSSS!!! That’s the best review I can give! Discounted Burberry polos, scarves, shoes, bags… Um of anyone has a bad review of this place then just don’t go there!!! Leave more for other people who appreciate the outlet! Absolutely amazing I thought I was in heaven lol!!!

It is difficult for me to write this review, as I have had excellent experience at the full priced retailers. To be honest, this was probably the most awkward shopping experience of my life. I came to this location with my husband while on vacation; going in, I had the intention of buying a scarf or a wallet. Immediately, we were approached by a guy(I wish I remembered his name) who asked us if we needed help. I’m the type of shopper who likes to do her own thing, and when necessary, I’ll ask someone if I have questions. I replied, «Just looking,» While I was walking throughout the store, this particular employee not only followed us throughout the entire store, but asked us again and again, if we needed help, and butted in while we were having a conversation. He was really invading our privacy, making the situation so awkward! I felt like he thought we were going to steal, which was very insulting. We finally just left, because we couldn’t deal with him hovering over us. Mind you, I came in with every intention of purchasing something. I love burberry, but this experience has prevented me to ever shopping at this outlet again. I hope that this particular employee gets coached on how to deliver better customer service rather than scaring off his clients.

My fiancé and I went shopping at this Burberry store and LOVED it. We had the pleasure of working with a sales lady named Karan, she was so friendly and helpful. She helped me try on multiple purses with all the different strap options and she was not pushy at all. She also helped my fiancé pick out a nice wallet. We left very happy and felt we got an awesome deal :) I love my new purse ! We will definitely return anytime we r in Orlando again. Thanks Karan.

Came in here with my significant other to get a new wallet, the assistant manager took our sale. He was amazing, very personable and was on point with his Burberry knowledge. He went above and beyond to help us look for a Burberry trench coat, unfortunately due to time constraints didn’t work out as planned, but he gets 5 stars for the effort. Overall great experience.

This outlet had a good selection to choose from, although you won’t find a lot of the mainstream check patterned bags that you will in a mainstream store.

Just visited this location on vacation and I have to say the staff isn’t very friendly. Pretty sad considering its an outlet location and they are still«working together» on commission. We made 2 stops in this location. My boyfriend and his brother spent some good money in there the first night. We went back about 10 minutes before close to check out a shirt one last time before we headed back home and my boyfriend asked to try on this shirt real quick. One of the sales associates said«You know we are closing right.» I get that you are closing, but if the store is still open there should be no reason that quickly trying on a t-shirt would be an inconvenience. We have had much better service at all full priced Burberry locations, whether or not we were spending money or just browsing. I doubt I’d ever got back, I’d rather pay full price and give commissions to better deserving staff.

The new Burberry outlet store is brighter and bigger. Selection is much improved since our last visit. Burberry Sport. Burberry Brit. Burberry London. Keep the inventory coming! Kudos to the new layout. Love that cash register + customer service counter is right in the middle of the store. The large, but tasteful, Burberry logo behind the counter is also a nice touch! The new redesign of the store showcases merchandise better. Making my shopping experience much more pleasant. Thank you, thank you, for actually bringing reduced seasonal collections to the store, not just stuff that were made for the outlet. See you again in a few months!
