Be aware that the cube size you rent is probably smaller than what you contract for. I wonder how many renters know that the 5×10 which should be 60 inches deep is only 53. When we complained the gm said well the dimensions are only approximate.

This place is a joke. They continuously raise their prices, NEVER return your calls and are generally inept. We have had a unit here for some time and are done. No more with these people. They have very high turnover too. It seems they have a different manager every few months.
The last straw was the rent for a new tenant was XXX price, our current price was almost 2⁄3 higher. We asked for some sort of deal. We were promised a call back about 4 times. Then, we get a note in the mail… raising our rates.
