Dunkin’ Donuts

When I saw this Dunkin Donuts, I was so excited. The closest one to this area is in Dr. Phillips. But then I read the reviews, but I thought I’d give it a chance anyway. It wasn’t too busy when we arrived. We had a family of three order in front of us, and we didn’t mind waiting. But when the cashier finally got to us, we got: «What do you want?» No hello or thanks for your patience.
We ordered our food, and I’m not docking the cashier on her obvious unfamiliarity with the cash register system. That’s fine. She was probably new. Our sandwiches came pretty quickly, but my husband’s smoothie came seven minutes later. I think they didn’t even realize that the smoothie was missing from our order until my husband asked for it.
The owner was also there, and I think he was trying to be funny. However, his humor may have been pretty abrasive to his customers. «Thanks for spending your money here.» «You’re only getting TWO measly donuts?» Let’s not make jokes with people unless you are sure they’ll find it funny. Based on people’s facial reactions, he should just work on the customer service of his employees and leave the joking out of it.
Will I come back? Sure. Hopefully, these are just issues that come from having just opened.

Very slow service. Staff have no clue how to use the register. Took 15 minutes to got coffee when there was only two customers.

Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for one simple break fast Sandwich, even though I ordered my food before the two families that came in before me. On top of that I tipped after I ordered expecting better service but no, they made me look like a fool. DO NOT TIP, unless you get some excellent service

Came in to order a coffee before heading home. The staff were really friendly and the coffee was delicious. Sometimes when I don’t go to my normal location it’s a bit hit or miss but I really liked this one because my coffee was prepared perfectly and the cashiers were so nice. Thank you!

I am a dunkin fan but this place is slower than anyone could possibly imagine in the continental USA or Europe! Horrible service! Rude staff. But only one around so I keep coming back.
It caters to vacationers so they do not care! Awful!

I’m not much of a fan of the central Florida Dunkins, but I do like the product and the price, so I keep my ingrained habits. In Jacksonville or elsewhere I have never had problems, and in Orlando I have a problem about every other visit. Usually the Dunkins are inconsistent, things are broken, employees seem to dislike their jobs and customers, etc. Anyway, this location seems to be one of the better ones around. There isn’t a drive thru which is a bummer, but at least it looks pretty new inside. The employees are consistently friendly and know how to make good drinks, but the speed sometimes slow.

Always a good place to grab a cup of coffee and a doughnut before heading to the parks. Make sure you stop here to not have to pay the price of breakfast in the theme parks.
They have a variety of doughnuts, bagels, sandwiches, coffee and other drinks for your day! This location also has ice cream for the kids and the kids in all of us!

The best place for coffee and donuts and the owners are very nice, and costumer service is the best

We don’t have Dunkin Donuts in California, so when we were visiting Orlando we stopped in and grabbed some holes. Good… but not blown away. I’m still a Krispy Kreme donut person.

For an extremely busy Dunkin Donuts, the efficient staff at this location are incredibly nice and pleasant. It is a small place and can get rather chaotic due to the tourists trying to get cheap and fast breakfast before hitting the Disney parks, so having a great staff is a definite win.
If you want donuts or a quick breakfast, this Dunkin Donuts may be what you are looking for.

I visited this location about a week ago during my vacation to disney world and the staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. This was my first time at a dunkin donuts and I didn’t know what to order. The cashier who helped me was Nehemie P and she seemed rushed and annoyed while helping me. Not to mention the person who gave me the order was also very rude with a poor attitude, I don’t know what her name was but she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her for a drink. Very rude and unpleasant people and will definitely not be going back to that location ever again!
