I arrived around 10am this morning (New Year’s Eve) and was surprised by the minimal wait. I was greeted with a smile and excellent service… However I was so incredibly disheartened and disappointed by the display of prejudice shown by the staff when two African American clients walked in. It was shocking. I will not be returning to this salon. It is so upsetting to see how the actions of one continue to hurt another.

I went here to see Vicky after a friend had her do her nails. I was really impressed by how quick Vicky was doing my nails! If you are into designs or new nail style/​trends Vicky is youe girl! She is very creative and will do anything you ask! I was so happy i was in and out in one hour with a fill on my nails, gel polish, design and also my toes painted!!! I’m very excited Vicky came to work at this salon! If this salon got a makeover it wouldnt hurt but whats really important is the nail techs!

Atmosphere is pretty and relaxing. Staff is a hit or miss. Asking for Tom is a must. He is absolutely the best. Me and a girlfriend went
In together. She got Tom. When we were both done Tom noticed my pedicure and came over to «fix» it without me asking. I love it. Make sure you ask for him. Very professional and thorough with everything he does!

Great location, comfy massage chairs. They did great nail maintenance, cuticles, etc but an awful mess of applying polish. The gel polish is thick at the base of my nails and has a ring of color around the cuticle. When I pointed out a bubble in the polish the nail tech seemed angry about it. And did not repair.
Will not go back. Wish I had checked refiews first.

Worst nail experience of my life. I thought I would check them out since it looked like they do cool nail art, but once I was in the chair, I realized this lady was super slow so I said just do pink and white. My hands were burnt and cut so many times my hands are still sore and she ended up putting clear acrylic only and making them razor sharp and painting the white tips on, whick in one day have already cracked and chipped. I will NEVER go here again.

When I went to get my nails done on Monday at 4pm, one woman was getting a pedi and two more women walked in while I was there. They put me in a massaging chair and I settled in for my own pedi. I asked for an American manicure, and even though the nail tech repeated «American,» I walked out with a French. Even a bad pedicure still feels good, so I must say that I did enjoy it. After I left, the movie Clueless came to mind as I inspected my nails because my fingernails and toes looked like a Monet – pretty far away but a total mess once you looked close. The biggest disappointment came the following Thursday around 11am when the manicure began flaking off in large pieces. After just three days of normal wear and tear, the polish was actually pealing off in sheets. Is it just me? I think a $ 50 manicure should last more than three days!!!
