I placed an order this morning in hopes it would get to my wife’s office before she left for the day. I put a note on the order to please deliver by 1pm. I got a call from a young lady at Edible saying that they couldn’t guarantee it would be there by 1pm because the driver had already left. I told her how important it was for this to get delivered to her… when I got off the phone, I was sure my order would get delivered too late. Low and behold, it was delivered an hour early!!! She worked her magic and my wife was soooo happy. I didn’t catch her name, but I thank you so much for making this day even better!!! Great Job

They were supposed to deliver the arrangement on Friday at timber Creek high school. Their driver alleges he tried to deliver the arrangement and classes were not in session that day. This is a complete lie. Now I am having to pick up the arrangement or have it delivered after the holiday. The store will not refund my delivery charges. Their customer service is horrible and their manager was absolutely rude to me and told me she did not care if I wrote a bad review.

UNRELIABLE. Ordered an arrangement from this business twice. The first time was for Mother’s Day. They completely forgot to deliver to my mother. It really made me look like an a-​hole. The next day they made the delivery, they gave us an extra box of chocolate dipped apples as some sort of consulation, but they looked like the driver had sat on them. The second time, I didn’t request delivery. I went down to pick up the gift basket that was supposed to be ready at 10 am. It was not ready until 1045. Poor planning and overly priced. 100% failure rate in my experience. If you enjoy standing around, twiddling your thumbs, waiting; or if you don’t love your mother, then order from edible arrangements.

At the Taste of Orlando, I enjoyed the samples they provided. The owner of this location is friendly and cares about his community.
