Conveniently located in the lobby of the hotel. It was a big plus to be able to attend to some business with out getting out of my way !

The idea of having one of these branches located in the hotel that is holding your meetings is convenient. But what would be even better is… if the staff members were there when you needed them.
Everytime I walked by this location, there was no one to be found.
Great idea, but make sure there are employees to work this site.

I don’t normally give locations 5 stars unless they really catch my attention, this was one of those places. I was staying at the hotel in which this fedex was located on business, so, naturally I was there a lot getting supplies, copies, laminations, etc. Every single time I went in there I was greeted by a friendly smile with very willing and accommodating staff. By the second time I went in I felt like I was talking to old friends. If you stay in the hotel-​which is great-I’d 100% recommend this fedex for all purposes.

This location is inside a hotel. Big deal, right? Wrong! Packages dropped off at this location are subject to a handling charge. They charged me an extra $ 25 for a 40 lb package.
Since this location is in a full service hotel, you’ll have a helpful bell man pick it up out of your car, cart it through the hotel, drop it off for you in the office — the result, a nice tip for the bell man.
I’d give it more stars, but the handling fee sure as hell turned me off. Find another location that’s not located in a hotel and you’ll avoid it.
