Nabil and his team have been absolutely wonderful to work with.
Amanda the receptionist is friendly and very knowledgeable. Nabil is a very good mechanic and is an honest businessman as well. He has worked on my car several times and his pricing is very competitive. I would highly recommend his business as its very hard to find an honorable auto mechanic.

I have a 2004 Kia Rio and I have something break on my car about every 1 – 2 months. I knew when I moved to this area that I’d need a good, honest mechanic. This place was the first auto shop that I visited and never needed to go anywhere else since. They are awesome and have fixed my car time and time again! The staff is friendly and Amanda is super cool. I tell all of my friends to go here as should you. They can be a bit on the pricey side, but I’d rather pay a little extra $$ knowing that my car is in good hands.

I took my Acura RSX to First Class Automotive for a full synthetic oil change. I had them look over my car for any other issues too. I usually go to Tires Plus, but I decided to try a local place, which was also closer to where I live/​work. Plus they specialize in foreign Japanese cars like mine.
I made the appointment on the phone with Amanda, who was very friendly. When I dropped my car off with Nabil, he struck up a nice, brief conversation with me, which included any additional routine things to check in my car.
When I signed the agreement, I was a bit surprised that the price of the oil change was about $ 20 more than what I pay at Tires Plus ($ 75 vs $ 55). He said they would be done in the next 30 – 60 minutes, which is much quicker than TP was, who usually takes about 2 hours. I left my car with them and decided to walk to work, about 15 minutes away.
In an hour, they called to let me know the cabin air filter needed changing, which I expected anyway. They quoted about $ 50, and even though I knew I could have changed it myself, and only paid about $ 20 for the actual filter, I agreed to it anyway just to save additional work/​time for me.
So…looking over my bill, I realize the extra price I was paying for the oil change, is for their hourly rate, on top of the normal charge for the oil change and the air filter. When visiting Tires Plus, they didn’t charge me the extra hourly charge for basic services like an oil change.
I’m leaving the A-​OK 3 star rating, just because they were really nice and the service was very quick. And I could actually feel the difference in performance when I drove off. They seemed honest too, while at TP, they seem to always find something wrong and want to up-​sell me it. I’m sort of torn about this place just because of the price. I’ll have to think about whether to go back or not next time.

Nabil and his team at First Class Automotive are based on honesty and integrity. I have been bringing my 1993 Acura Vigor to their shop for many years and have never been disappointed. I recently had the clutch replaced. My car has over 300,000 miles. The original factory clutch lasted 133,000 miles. First Class Automotive replaced that clutch for me back in January 2003. It endured 174,000 miles (11 years). This goes to show they provide expert workmanship and use quality parts. Their prices are fair and usually a lot cheaper than the dealerships. They treat you as if you were one of their family members when they service your car. They always want to make sure that you are happy with the work that they perform along with the safety and reliability of your automobile.
I have referred many people to First Class Automotive and have never heard any complaints. One of my referrals was being recommended by their local dealership to get their brake pads replaced along with a wheel alignment. They felt like the quote their dealership had given them was a little high so they went to First Class Automotive with the specific request to get the brake pads replaced and the wheels aligned. When they returned to pick up their car from First Class Automotive they were told that they examined the car and found absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes or wheel alignment. The customer was surprised by the great news and asked First Class Automotive how much they owed them for their time. First Class Automotive’s answer was «nothing.» They could have definitely made a quick buck off of this customer easily, but I have found that it is experiences like this that separates them and puts them above all other auto service repair shops. Even though they did not make any money off of my referral during that visit they have earned a loyal customer for life and an experience that this customer will probably be sharing for a long time.
I highly recommend using First Class Automotive for all of you automotive needs. They will provide honest quality service at a fair price. You will not be disappointed.

Class act mechanic. I am always met by friendly and helpful people at this auto repair shop. One of the few places in town where they are honest with you and do not try to up charge you. Very happy with my services here.

We have been going to First Class for the last 10 years. That’s right who would have thought we would be going to the same place for 10 years. however, these guys are awesome! They never try to sell us something we don’t need. They get the job done and their prices are reasonable. We won’t go anywhere else not even with dealer incentives.

We received a coupon for a free oil change at First Class in the mail when we moved downtown, and when we went to redeem it I was expecting to be reeled into paying for something else. I was wrong! Everyone was super friendly, especially the owner who is seemingly there all the time.
We came back, this time with money, to have a valve cover leak fixed and even though we didn’t have an appointment and it was in the mid-​afternoon, only had to wait a couple of hours. All things considered, that’s a pretty impressive turnaround.
An honest, fairly priced mechanic is awfully hard to find, so I can’t recommend First Class Automotive enough.

Normally when I get fliers in the mail for various local businesses I just toss them. But this bright yellow card caught my eye since it was offering a $ 9.95 oil filter and change. So being an adventurous girl in need of an oil change, I decided to make an appointment.
They were friendly and wasted none of my time getting to my car. While I waited in their very small lobby, I read the newspaper they had set out along with National Geographic. They have a coffee pot but while I was there, it was dry. If you wanted to purchase a snack or drink they have a decent variety to choose from including candy bars and Gatorade. They have a TV but like the coffee pot, it wasn’t on. Had I been forced to wait longer than the 30 minutes I was there, I might have run across the street and killed time at Fashion Square Mall. Thankfully they were quick and I was out of there before I knew it.
In total, the service legitimately cost me $ 9.95 instead of their normal price of $ 21.95. They do specialize in foreign cars like Acura, Honda, Toyota and Nissan. Detail work, window tinting and various other essential services are offered here. From what I could tell, their prices seemed to be competitive if not cheap in comparison to other local mechanics.
