I come to this Gamestop all the time because it is within walking distance. Other than that, i would never come here again. The employees, one in particular who will not be named due to my respect of privacy, seem to not want to work there and could not care less about your purchase or any other troubles. I called them because i had some questions about their xbox 360 slim consoles and bundles that were online but was hung up on for no reason and when i tried to call again to see if we were prematurely disconnected, they ignored the call. One employee is okay but the rest, dont bother. Horrible customer service on an industry that thrives off customer service.

Located in a shit plaza where pan handlers run free. The employees seem to not give a fuck about anything especially when there one guy attending customers and two other assholes knuckle dragging in the back room. Exchanges here are almost impossible on top of that their buy back policy is rigged. They also harass to preorder well beyond necessary. Terrible collection of games and employes often are ignorant to anything besides titles like call of duty or how to turn on your ps4 it’s very sad and that’s why I don’t deal with game stops anymore

It gets 3 stars because of the effort put forth by the employees. Let me start by saying I go because I have 2 boys and I basically provide transportation. That being said, as a mom I wish game stops were brighter and a couple hundred square feet bigger. I’m not a large person, but I always get a feel of being in a tight place when I go.
Join the reward program if you do have kids or go often.

This Gamestop is one of the worst and most ghetto ones I’ve ever seen in my life, even the ones in the mall are preferable to this place. I had to return a game (the used games are usually in poor condition here) and when I did the guy behind the counter talked to me like I was an idiot and made me jump through hoops to get my money back. It isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here either. If you want to go to a Gamestop, go to the one in the Walmart plaza just down the street.
