Checked this place out today because it was participating in the DineOut Orlando event to support the Oneorlandofund created to help in the aftermath of the Pulse tragedy. Cute little shop with excellent food. Enjoyed a lamb and steak hummus bowl, lamb and steak pocket sandwich, mazel tots, and fried cauliflower. On the whole was pretty impressed with the food. The lamb and steak were freshly cooked and had excellent seasoning. The options to fill the hummus bowl were abundant, ranging from cucumber tomato salad, pickles, pickled radish and even the option of seasoned marinated cabbage or tabouli for a small up charge(though I wish they hadn’t been because I would have loved both if it hadn’t cost $ 1 more per item). The item also came with the option of pita chips or soft pita wedges on the side. Overall a very nice meal for the cost. The pocket sandwich allowed for all the same accompaniments it’s just a slightly smaller portion. As for the sides, I really liked the fried cauliflower as it was literally fresh cauliflower thrown in the frier fresh and then served with their Lily sauce(however I got an extra side of the garlic sauce and used that). My partner really enjoyed the Mazel tots which were kind of a crossbreed between hash browns and Tater tots. With all items from entrees to sides, there was a large variety of sauces to have as accompaniments, but if was to recommend only two they would be their garlic sauce and their tzatziki. Overall the experience was great, about all I would change was the portion size of the cauliflower should have been slightly larger for the cost.

It’s the mediterranean chipotle but a little more $. Great service, yummy falafel, tons of topping options.

I went hear after seeing so many great reviews, but I wound up being disappointed. I ordered the lentil bowl with lamb and steak and a side of mazel tots, which finally totaled over $ 13– I find that a little steep for lunch! The food itself was meh. The lentils were good, but the meat was a little dry. All the other toppings, too, were not impressive. Also I thought the uncharge for a scoop of tabouli was kind of ridiculous! As for my maze tots, they were terrible! The insides were undercooked; raw potato, ew! And the special seasoning left me with an unappetizing aftertaste. Overall I was really underwhelmed by my food and had I not spent so much money on it, I would have thrown it away. There are so many other better options for mediterranean food that are both better and cheaper in Orlando. I’ll be giving them my business from now on. Update: I ended up throwing the tots away.

I am in love with Hubbly Bubbly! Their food is always delicious and fresh, the falafel, chicken, and steak/lamb are all deliciously seasoned. They have a good variety of topping for your salads, bowls, etc. Their pita and hummus are some of the best I’ve ever had, and the outside dining area is very lovely. If I had one complaint, it’d be that the parking lot is very small, although I have always been able to get a spot when I go. Definitely give this place a go, you will not be sorry!

After all the hype with this place, I was a little disappointed. Both meats(lamb/steak and chicken) were pretty dry. Maybe it was because I went on a weekday in the evening? And the prices add up very quickly if you opt for a salad instead of a pita like I did(a lamb/steak salad is 9.25 — yikes!). I will say their hummus was fantastic, and I appreciate a variety of their sides to choose from. And their falafel was decent. Overall I think if you’re just looking for your standard«meat and pita» sandwich you’ll be satisfied. If you’re doing the low-carb/grain free thing like I am and looking for a tasty salad, I’ll think you’ll be underwhelmed.

I want to love this place, but after several visits it is simply not the go-to Mediterranean /middle-eastern quick lunch joint in town. Mediterranean Deli right down the street is phenomenal as is Baba’s downtown or Olea in Maitland. Hubbly looks fresh, clean, and modern and the staff are always very nice. The detriment is that the food is quite dry. The chicken is barely edible, so I tend to avoid it when eating here. The hummus is okay, but again very much so on the dry side. I came here for the first time during their opening week of Fall of 2013 and they have definitely improved some aspects(experience of going through the line), but each time a visit to see if the food has changed, it remains unchanged.

I went here today for the first time. It was SOOOOGOOD! I loved it! They have Pitas, Hummus, Falafel, Gyros etc. The prices are reasonable for what you get. Everything I ordered was so FRESH and YUMMY. The girl that works there, Haley, is AWESOME and will make you feel VERYWELCOME. I think I just found my new Favorite Spot! Plus it’s healthy so you won’t leave feeling like a gross fat pig LIKESOMANY other places in Orlando! 2 thumbs up! :): PS– You have to try the FRESHSQUEEZED Orange Juice… it’s DELISH!

Two pale skinned, crazy ass female Michiganders walk into a Florida falafel shop. Sounds like the beginning of a great joke, but George ain’t kidding with his food in here! Without joke, I drove by this building. I let the name of the place sink in(mmmh. falafel), busted a U-ey right then and there(God bless Florida) and decided on some impromptu linner. Yoghurt at the airport 7 hours ago was not cutting it for us, we needed some substantial food like right-now. Two falafel sandwiches«Georgie’s Way», a huge fresh OJ(when in Rome. err, FL) and an unsweetened iced tea later our pending crabbiness was subdued. You should know, we don’t really ‘do’ hungry very well. Georgie’s way, by the way, includes cucumber/tomato mix, house brined pickles, tahini and some other magical items which I don’t recall. Seeing that I was eating delicious food, my mind was too occupied to remember the exact specifics. Our attempt at having a decently light and semi healthy meal(ok so it’s fried but everything is fresh, that counts! Sorta) was interrupted by our newest BFF, George. I don’t even know what to say, except that George is doing the whole ‘restaurant owner thing’ right. It’s refreshing to meet someone so passionate about his food and his customers, you can’t help but fall in love with both the food and the owner. So long story short. George kept coming and coming and coming with food samples, it was practically a buffet except we never had to move. Salad with freshly stewed lentils and sautéed onions, tomatoes, cucumber and other goodies was my favorite — I’d eat this concoction daily if I didn’t live several states away. Fried cauliflower — ugh, super good. Rice and tomato/green beans… let’s just say that my tomato discriminating travel companion ate everything and then some. I love the outdoor patio, I love George, I love the food and the ‘vibe’(though I hate the word vibe) and the fact that there’s alcoholic beverages. You know, in case you need a drinky-drink., I know I always need a drinky-drink.

(7⁄100) I really like going to Hubbly Bubbly when I just neeeeed falafel in the middle of the work day. The location is about two miles from my job and I love it so much that I won’t choose to go to lunch anywhere else, now that I’ve found my true love in College Park. Sure, I’ll go other places — but, I’ll be missing this place. I order the hummus bowl with falafel. Then, I go down the long line of free add-ins. There is cucumber/tomatoes, pickled turnips, pickles, onions, tabbouleh(50 cents extra), cabbage, green salad, among other things. Then I add spicy sauce and tahini — there are several sauce options. With the bowls, there the option of pita chips or pita-I’ve chosen the chips so far. There are many other menu options as far as protein and how you want it served(example-chicken in a pita). They also have side options and desserts. My favorite thing about Hubbly Bubbly is the unlimited topping choices. I love toppings and sauce! The portion is also really big. I went for lunch yesterday and finished it for lunch today. The restaurant is small. There are about six tables inside. There are maybe four outside, which is very nice with the current weather. The parking lot is pretty small. I haven’t had a problem finding a spot, but I would imagine there is difficulty at exactly lunch o’clock. I’ll definitely be back. A lot.

Quite a nice lil place here. Everything here is made in house and fresh. First time trying tabouli and I was pleasantly please with the rich flavors. The crew was more than helpful with suggestions for first times. Definitely coming back!

This place is decent, and has a great fun atmosphere, but just isn’t the best falafel/Mediterranean food out there. When my dad suggested we check this place out on a recent visit to Orlando, I was all in! I had driven by it a few times and wondered what it was like. The place itself is bright and well lit, and they have a really nice outside patio with fans. Great atmosphere for a mid day lunch spot, right off of Edgewater in college park! The staff was super helpful walking me through the menu and helping make recommendations of toppings and were all very sweet! The ordering process is similar to a subway or chipotle style lineup… you choose a base(salad, bowl, pita) and they fill it up with your desired ingredients(falafel, chicken schwarma, and I think lamb?) and top it off with all of the fixings you’d like(tabouli, Israeli salad, hummus, etc). I thought this was a fun way to take on Mediterranean cuisine! I got a Chicken Schwarma pita and was just not impressed. The chicken was dry and a little too salty, and the toppings were nothing special. It was good overall, just not what I was hoping for. Good prices, great ambience, decent(but not great) food, I just don’t know if this place makes the cut be a regular place for me to visit…

5 stars. A rarity from me, but really couldn’t have been happier with our stop here while in Orlando. The place is super cute, love the name and vibe. This is a typical fast casual place where you order at the counter, go down the line picking your toppings, pay and voila, you are on your way to falafel town. I opted for the falafel pita(it’s big enough to share!), they added in some hummus and then I chose some fresh veggies including this amazing slaw. I asked for the sauces on the side so I could experiment with the flavors. The falafel were excellent, especially with all of the accoutrements. Next, wow. Just wow. Their own invention — the mazel tots. These are worth a trip to Hubbly Bubbly alone! They are freshly made in house each day and are like little crunchy tasty bites of the best latkes(potato pancakes) you have ever had. Really. Pair it up with their tzatziki or garlic tahini. Mouth watering! We had the pleasure of meeting Georgie and he is so passionate about the food and it shows. He brought us some baklava and insisted we try it. We were stuffed, but squeezed some room and it was so worth it. Even had some extra to take back to our room. The service behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer. She walked us through almost the entire menu. Next time I am in Orlando, I am definitely hitting up Hubbly Bubbly! Good luck with opening the new locations!

Hubbly bubbly is located where the old«Black Water BBQ» restaurant used to be. Redesigned both inside and out and looks much more open and bright. This place is set up more like a chipotle, they offer falafel, chicken or steak and lamb in either pita sandwich, salad bowl or hummus bowl. Once you pick your meats, you can add your toppings to your meal.

I happen to love falafel but no one else in my family does, so while in the area and no one else was hungry, I decided to stop in and give them a try. I got the Falafel Balls and an order is hummus with crisp pita chips(you can also get it with soft pita). You have a selection of sauces to go with your falafel so I chose tzaki sauce and the Lilly sauce which is garlic and parsley. The falafel was somewhat dry and slightly overcooked. Maybe due to the small size? The sauces were not our favorite either. Just not what I liked. Personal preference for me, nothing wrong with them just didn’t care for ether. The hummus was thick and flavorful. A little thicker than what we usually make at home or buy, but it was good. The pita chips had a dark spice on them that in spots was very heavy and overwhelming. Not sure what it was as it gave the chips a burnt flavor. The ones with little of this were nice and crispy. All in all I was a bit disappointed but I might give them another shot to try something else. Everything behind the counter looked fresh and the staff was friendly.

This was an awesome find for me! I was in the area and craving a healthy/quick lunch and checked Unilocal — the positive reviews for this little spot brought me here. The easiest way to describe this is Mediterranean food with a ‘Chipotle’ concept. You choose your meat, your base(hummus, lentils, pita, etc) and then choose all of your options! I ordered the chicken salad bowl and had lots of delicious toppings — especially the hummus! I would come back here and eat an entire bowl of hummus… it’s that good. I found the chicken a little dry but overall the bowl was a great, flavorful, balanced lunch. And they have plenty of sauces you can ask for on the side — my favorite is always garlic sauce. Aside from the cute concept and the good food, the staff was very nice and the restaurant itself had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The patio outside is covered and would be great to eat on in the cooler months. The inside had a mix of hi and lo seating and it seemed like a popular spot that started filling up during the lunch hour. If I get to come back, I’ll try the lentil bowl and the matzel tots!

Falafel is truly a Colossalness of Deliciousness ! The food is fresh and reasonably priced. I usually come here on a Saturday Afternoon, and the service is always quick, and the staff is super friendly. You have the option of sitting inside, or outside. The place is simply adorable and refreshing. I definitely recommend getting the spinach pie it is the perfect amount of savory scrumptiousness. I absolutely love ordering the pocket sandwich with Falafel in it but you have the option of ordering the sandwich with your choice of Chicken and or Lamb and Steak. I honestly am getting hungry right now just writing about it. Then you have the array of delicious toppings to choose from such as the delectable Hummus, Cucumbers, Medley Salad, Garlic Sauce, and Tzatziki. Honestly you cannot go wrong with the mixture of fresh veggies with well seasoned meat and delicious sauces. Hubbly Bubbly really makes a girl or guy swoon. Hubba Bubba Baby!

Hubble Bubbly is one of my favourite places to go for lunch. It’s not far from my place of employment. Never a very long wait when we arrive. It’s a small place, but nice and always appears to be well kept and clean. Good menu selection. I usually get the Hummus Bowl with lentils or chicken. They have a variety of things to put in your bowl. Chicken, lentils, lamb and beef mixed, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, salad, beets, cabbage, tabouli and also a variety of sauces. The prices are comparable to what’s in the area. We are always greeted with a smile and they give good service. When my coworkers and go here for lunch we usually sit outside. My only gripe and reason for giving four starts is the parking during lunch time.

Outstanding fresh mediterranean food at a good price, what more can you ask for? My girlfriend and I rode our bikes here on a lazy sunday for some lunch and had the opportunity to try a few things… I got the chicken pocket sandwich with some mazo tots and she had the steak and lamb pocket sandwich with pita chips and hummus. We both grabbed a sweet tea(which was out of this world) then sat down in the shaded outdoor area to enjoy the meal. There was great background music(I’m talking beach boys and a few other classics) and a few families also outside as we dug in, but all of that quickly faded into the background after the first bite. The ingredients that Hubbly Bubbly uses are so delicious, flavorful, and fresh that each bite is an experience in its own rite. We both relaxed and chatted for about an hour, enjoying our meals and sides, sipping sweet tea, and people watching. This is an amazing little oasis on edgewater that I highly recommend you check out someday soon if you haven’t been! We were 100% satisfied, went there, took the pic, downloaded the app, and will definitely frequent this place in the future.

I am a huge Hubbly Bubbly fan. I love hope they have taken the fast causal/build your own meal concept and applied it to Mediterranean cuisine. The falafel is made fresh to order and is delicious. I am a forever salad bowl girl(with hummus) and all of the toppings are fresh and delicious. The GARLICSAUCE cannot be beat. It is amazing. I’ve also tried(and loved) their grape leaves and baklava. I’ve had the mazel tots, but they’re not for me. Service is quick and the staff is nice. I have been here at least 5x and the owner has always been there and is constantly offering me extra falafel, free side dishes, etc. The other fun thing about Hubbly is their branding and design. Top notch.
