One star is too many for these people… terrible service and they don’t follow up.
Called to get the issues resolved and was told that the supervisor would call back in a day… someone called but hung up and didn’t leave a message. It’s been a week now.
My brand new lawn … 6 months old… has weeds and bug issues. When I called again today, the lady who answered the phone was indifferent.
I just cancelled!

I was interviewing 3 companies for some termite control this week and Carlo from Lewis Cobb was the first one out. He showed up early and was a real profressional. Out of the 3 companies I saw he did the best inspection around the house and the best part was… he said I didn’t have termites! He didn’t try to sell me anything or give me worst case senerios. He just said «Congrats and call us if you need anything else». That was good business.
