Lombardi’s Italian Ristorante & Pizzeria

Called in an order at 11 pm on a Sunday. It took more than an hour to arrive. I was quoted a price of $ 91 on the phone. Actual charge when it arrived was $ 114.

We ordered our pizza pretty late at night, around 10:45 and it arrived around 11:30, which we also thought was kind of late. However, the pizza was pretty great! We had the supreme pizza and it had a ton of toppings which was great. Since the pizza had a thinner crust, that many toppings made the pizza very heavy lol but the taste was great!

Negative 100 points!!!
We ordered at 8:30pm 2 pasta dishes and a pepperoni roll. When my husband got the total he was told over $ 30. On the menu it has a 2 pasta dinner deal for $ 13.50. They quickly fixed that but it took until after 10pm to be delivered to the lobby of my hotel. I called the driver 4 times with the address and he kept going to other Holiday Inn. Unacceptable delivery time and the food sucked! NY Pizza is good! This food is frozen and canned sauce swamped with garlic to cover up they didnt make it!!! Dont waste your money!!! Name changes weekly FYI!!! (menu said fresco pizzeria) just sketchy!!! When it showed up on my credit card statement was a different name so immediately called and canceled it!!! EAT ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!

Be warned this places is now called Lasso’s. Thankfully I googled it and when no info came up I put the address in and Unilocal had a bunch of bad reviews about the same place with different names. Be smart and only trust well known chains or rated places in areas like Orlando which can be HUGE tourist traps for businesses like this to take advantage of people.

First. They are dropping flyers underneath hotel doors. Do not be fooled and think that the hotel sanctions this, They do not. Unfortunately we ordered from them for take out. They said 45 minutes. An hour and 10 later I call. They didn’t even leave and it would be another 20 minutes. I was lucky enough to tell them don’t bother because I gave them nothing up front.
The ONLY reason it sounds like they are busy, or even in business, is because of people who do not know better.
Now you do!!!

I advised our vacation group from ordering, as their flyer was suspiciously placed under our hotel door. Terrible overpriced «food.» Presentation and taste is horrendous. Everything we ordered was frozen or pre-​made. After further investigation it was obvious this place is a tourist scam, they keep changing their name. Just google their number.

Holy moly. Usually I’m good with Unilocaling places before ordering from them, but I messed up big time. There was a pizza brochure on the table in the hotel I’m staying at, so I didn’t think anything of it and ordered a Greek salad and 12″ pepperoni pizza. It took well over an hour for it to arrive, and it was the WORST pizza I’ve ever eaten. Gummy crust, canned-​tasting sauce, and very few pepperoni. I’m 99.9% sure it was a frozen pizza they reheated and had delivered. Not even, honestly, because a frozen pizza would have been a lot better.
TL;DR — High prices, terrible pizza. Order from Dominos or something.

These people are criminals!!! They take your credit card info and charge you several times and do not give refunds. Even if it is their screw up. My son also got food poisoning!!! CROOKS!

Complete scam. Waited over an hour. Italian sub had velveta a bell pepper and lettuce. Wings gross and disgusting. Wished I checked this out before ordering. Hotels have to ban these guys from distributing flyers.

Save your money. Another flyer under the door and its complete scam.

I am Orlando on vacation.
1^st I order at 10:08 and the delivery guy got here at 12:13
2^nd the pizza and subs were warm/​cold
3^rd After speaking to the manager he stated he would have delivery guy bring by fresh hot food instead of refund cause they do not give refunds regardless of quality of food.
Lastly … You might have already guessed No one came by the hotel and I didn’t hear anything else from the manager he did not call ball back (HE SIMPLY LIED TO A PAYING CUSTOMER) …NO INTEGRITY.

IF IT WERE POSSIBLE TO GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD. Food was just okay but we waited 2 hours for it to be delivered. Driver only took off delivery charge. The driver called twice to say he was 2 minutes away. Like others here we found the page under the door of hotel and ordered after a long travel day. Felt so strongly and my complaint that I added Unilocal to my phone just to complain about this place. Next time I will look here first.

There is not much I can add to the other reviews. Had a hard time ordering on the phone. The person on the other end does not speak English well. He struggled to understand what I was saying telling me the problem was on my end. Has nothing to do with the constant noise of yelling and telephones on his I’m sure.
I was told the order would arrive between 25 minutes and 1 hour. Fortunately he was a little over the hour mark and not 2 hours that most complain about. I had given them my room number and was told it would be delivered straight to the room. After an hour I get a call from the driver telling me he was at the front desk. I went down there and didn’t see him. I looked outside and only saw the courtesy shuttle parked out there. After waiting 5 minutes I called him back. He said he was there. I stepped outside to look around. The shuttle driver comes around the back of the van and says he’s over there. Yes, it made sense to this driver to park behind a van so that there is no possible way to be seen from the lobby.
The pizza was lousy. Just bad. Few toppings, little sauce and thin. The wings are unidentifiable. I figured being from out of town I would try something local. I should have just stuck to the major chains. But then I was curious once I saw pizza toppings which include eggplant, pickles and corn.
Never again!

Do not order from this place. They put their ad under the door at the embassy suites downtown Orlando. My pizza came with no sauce and they charge $ 5 delivery fee plus $ 3 Tax
My small pizza came to $ 25 after tax. Pizza sucks. took over an hour at midnight on a Thursday night. When I called to complain that there was no sauce they were very rude and blamed me. Never ordering again. I suggest you do not either.

Horrible experience. I ordered for delivery. They fail to bring the. order complete yet they charged me for the entire.order. The food was impossible to eat. Noodles were extremely overcooked to the point of looking like melted gummy bears, and they tried to cover it with sauce.
Customer service is not one of their objectives. Called and asked for the manager and spent 15 minutes on hold. Called again and the employee who answered did not acknowledged the fact that my order was incomplete and they charged me, he also said the. manager was not in the premises.
I wont recommend this to anyone.

Pizza was cold when delivered (even with the $ 5 delivery fee!!), wings looked and tasted disgusting, got order wrong, took almost 2 hrs to get and driver had no change and could not speak English when delivered… wondering if this is operated out of someone’s basement!!!

This place always has fliers in the hotel I stay at when I’m in Orlando on business. I got in late last night, and decided to order from them based on the fast late night service they advertised. An hour later, they still hadn’t arrived, so I called to check on my order. The woman I spoke with apologized profusely, saying the driver was stuck at a road block due to a big accident (wasn’t this why they took my phone number when I ordered? Why didn’t they call me sooner to tell me about the delay?). She said he’d be there as soon as he got through. I hung up and waited some more… another 30 mins later, the driver called to tell me he was 10 – 15 mins away, saying «we’re just so busy, you know?». He made no mention of the road block. I called the restaurant again to ask if I could have some kind of compensation for having to wait 1 hr 45 mins for my «fast» pizza. The woman on the phone told me to have the driver call her when he got there & she’d «take care of it».
The driver finally arrived 20 mins later. I told him what the manager at the restaurant had said, so he called her while I stood there. He spoke with her briefly in Russian & hung up. He told me that they wouldn’t be giving me a discount, unless he paid for it out of his own pocket. Even if that was true (how would I know, since he didn’t even have the courtesy to speak with her in English in front of me?), you don’t tell the customer that! Either give the discount or don’t – in my opinion, it’s really unprofessional to guilt trip the customer. Just have the balls to say no if you don’t want to grant their request.
As for the food, it was just okay (maybe it’s better when it’s actually hot). Definitely not worth waiting almost 2 hours for it.
I was a new customer, but I’ll never order from these guys again – I’ll either order from a different pizza place or get room service.
ETA: I returned to the same hotel last week, and saw the same flyer in my room, but with a different restaurant name. It seems this place is going by Otto Pizzeria now. Hmm, guess they couldn’t scam tourists under Lombardi’s anymore once the word got out?

The pizza was burnt. the worst hot wings we ever had including being burnt too. took over 2 hours to deliver. what a waste of money

Weak. Sandwich was sloppy and bland. Delivery took over an hour and 20 min. Go someplace else.

Worst restaurant, ever! The gentlemen I spoke to, over the phone, to place my order hardly spoke English and thought my phone number was a prank (granted it’s an out of state number, but Orlando is a tourism city so you should assume many people are visiting). Then, my pizza was over 45 mins late when he arrived at the hotel and I asked if I could receive a discount and he said «No». He argued with me saying he took my order and said it would be 45 – 60 mins (which was incorrect). He NEVER gave me a time frame. We ordered an 18 inch pizza of half meat lovers and half chicken deluxe. Boy were we disappointed when we opened it. Only two different types of meat on one side and only bell peppers, chickens, onions, and mushrooms on other side. Only eight slices in whole pizza. There are five of us in our party. I asked for a hand full of containers of ranch and marinara sauce with our order and he brought one of each. The pizza was nothing but grease and totally flavorless. Before the driver left, he told me to spread the word about the restaurant, so I am from my own experience.
