Lucy is absolutely a-​maze-​ing. Without a doubt, she does the most thorough job in Orlando. I started going to her for my Brazilian’s when she was at the winter park location & I’ve never had someone do such an amazing job. She somehow manages to get every hair possible as if there is no such thing as new growth. I’ve always left feeling so clean and perfectly smooth. I’ve also experienced the least amount of pain during her wax. She is incredibly talented and professional and she offers reduced pricing to her regular clients. She also does facials (which I’ve never personally done, but I hear are great). I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted esthetician.

I Loved Lucy. She’s very sweet and very good at waxing and keeping your mind off the fact that hair is getting pulled by the roots. It was quick & she’s very thorough. Leave your shyness at the door, she’s a professional who sees body parts on a regular basis. I made sure to do the exfoliation prior to the appt. & use the oil she suggested afterwards to ensure best results. I just re-​booked with her for a Facial/​Microdermabrasion/​Waxing since I enjoyed her expertise the 1^st time around.

Ok, long story short… met Lucy by a fluke. I am a former client of the big retail chain Skincare company she worked for, got pusses at big retail company for shoving Skincare packages down my throat, had Lucy as my Esthetician, loved her… hated the company she worked for. Broke news to Lucy I was not coming back due to packages at company being shoved down my throat at each visit. Lucy said…“me too, they treat us bad… but I am leaving too in two weeks to start my own company.” As delighted I was to hear this news, I have supported Lucy in her new venture as she is too talent and good at what she does. As my Skincare advisor, she does amazing facials, had my first microdermabrasion today!!! Skin is glowing, healthy and happy. Prices she charges are amazing!!! Lucy was super nice and the experience was good. I dont know if it is her tecnique or the wax but I got a brazilian and once the hair started growing it, id get really irritated. Ive been doing this for years, so I know its not my skins normal reaction. Its very possible that the wax she uses and my skin don’t get along, but lucy herself is great.

Lucy has a great personality and is very good at what she does. My eyebrows always come out perfect and the waxing does not hurt. I don’t even have the red irritation after! The office is very nice also.

I would highly recommend Lucy for any waxing needs. Especially if you are new to a Brazilian. (Its always a little scary the first visit) She makes you feel completely comfortable and does THE most thorough job of anyone I’ve found in central Florida. I just also got my first ever relaxing facial done by Lucy and I just about fell asleep. She creates a very relaxing environment. My skin felt silky smooth after. You will not regret going to see this wonderful woman. I can’t say enough good things about her!

Lucy is absolutely the best in town! I’ve been to every spa and wax center in Orlando and no one does a faster, more painless Brazilian than this woman! I am polish with VERY sensitive skin so waxing use to be a painful experience. But since I have found Lucy and have been going to her for the last year it’s been completely painless (I don’t know what she does but it works) and I’m in and out in less than 20 minutes ! I’ve been doing hair for 10 years and have an all female clientele of about 700 ladies and every one I’ve sent to her becomes her regular!
