My wife and I had the signature pedicure. She had a great experience. My experience was average. They don’t incorporate a foot massage unless I didn’t get one because my technician was running late.

Amazing fassage by Liz! It was my first time having this service done, and it was incredible. I never knew I could be that relaxed! Looking forward to going back to treat myself to another fassage.
I’ve also had manicures and pedicures done here, and each time, I leave really satisfied. Clean, welcoming, reasonably priced, and easy online booking. Love it here!

I have been going here on and off since they opened. When I first started going the service was amazing and I never had issues with my manicures. In the beginning you were able to take home your polish if you got a manicure. That stopped though which I could understand the reason why. Now if you want to keep the polish you have to buy it.
You were also able to take home the supplies they used however my last few visits that hasn’t happened.
My last few visits I had issues with my gel manicures. They would normally last for 3 weeks but my last one literally lasted for 2 days before it started peeling. By day 3 they all came off, it was a complete waste of money. The gels I got before then were pretty subpar too. They would start peeling within the first week.
The nail tech I would see was completely wonderful, very attentive and did a great job.
However the nail polish for the gels just isn’t good anymore. I’m not sure if the OPI ones make a difference now since I haven’t tried those yet.

Well let me just say the $ 99 a month unlimited mani/​pedi service is a fantastic deal! You definitely get your money’s worth. Every nail tech I have had here had made my experience wonderful and done a great job, especially Liz! I had Liz today for the first time and she gives the best foot and hand massage I have ever had and went over and beyond to make my experience perfect! :)

I had a gel manicure, as well as a classic pedicure. The prices are reasonable and I was able to book an appointment online, which is very convenient.
The employees were very friendly. I had Shalietha and Emma work on my nails. They did a beautiful job! I plan on returning here again soon!

Go see Nadya. She is AMAZING. She’s the reason for the 5 stars. Great attitude, skilled, the massage w the pedi — amazing. If it was not for her, this review would have been a 1 – 2 star review.
Why?
The vibe there aside from her would not lure me back. I don’t know what the attitude was with some of the staff, but it made me want to run out of there. «I can’t wait to get out of here» was said by, I assume the manager, who made me feel as welcome as the plague. That sentence summed up the vibe. I get we all have bad days, but Jesus, you don’t need to look like you want to kill someone.

I frequent the MM Spa at the Grand Cypress location, but decided to come here since it’s closer to my house.
I was not greeted at all when I walked in. I started browsing the polish colors for my 12pm appointment for a gel mani and express pedicure. I’m glad they have OPI instead of just the Marilyn Monroe brand, because that stuff takes like an hour to barely dry.
I finally sat down 10 minutes after my appointment time, and the nail tech noted that the cushion my feet would be rested on was broken and she was sorry. Kinda weird to put me in a broken chair when 8 other chairs were free. I asked if I could get an unbroken one, and all she did was replace the cushion with one from another chair and it was fine. Really? You couldn’t just do that to begin with? Really weird.
The massage portion was really weird. There’s no consistency between locations. The GC location uses this amazing oil for the massage, and it is done on my leg and foot. Here they used lotion and it was a really bad massage on just my feet only. I asked, and they apparently only use the oil for the pricier massage, and only massage your legs then, too. Huh?
The pedicure and manicure came out fine. It seemed like the girl doing my nails didn’t want to be there. She was having a conversation with another employee during my service about someone named Jackie and how they didn’t want to do anything on the list she gave them to finish. Then she said she was glad it was rainy outside, because it made it easier to deal with her seemingly tough work situation.
I also noticed everyone else was given the tools used during their service, and this was not offered to me. I know it is supposed to be standard, so not sure why I didn’t get the option. Also, someone else mentioned abrasions on their feet when they left — the right side of my foot was rubbed raw after this pedicure and it is still painful the next day. NOT okay.
Idk. Not impressed with this location. Bad service, kind of unclean feeling, not consistent with the other location.

Overall, it’s kinda flashy, with little substance.
My cousin and I came in for the Signature Pedicure one afternoon and it was an OK experience. We arrived for our appointment five minutes early and were offered the option of water or tea. My tech was late, so we waited about ten minutes before they seated us.
The pedicure itself was mediocre. They used a lot of fancy salts, oils, and lotions, but it wasn’t mind-​blowing by any means. The chair was pretty interesting — it didn’t have a massage option and the placement of the water basin was kind of strange. There was a lot of re-​folding going on. My foot massage wasn’t too great either; I had the feeling that she rushed it because she was late. She also didn’t ask me about pressure or my comfort level or anything. One plus was that they let us keep the disposable materials that they used on us: the buffer, nail file, and toe separators. Some of the earlier reviews said that we were able to keep our polish, but that’s no longer offered.
All in all, I like the atmosphere, but I don’t think I’d pay for a pedicure here again.

I went in with a $ 25 voucher from an event I previously attended, and unlike many of the nail salons in Orlando, I was very pleased with having a nail tech that was not only interested in talking with me, but also very passionate about her work. My nail tech did excellent work during our mani-​pedi session. She had to right balance of decorum and didn’t pressure me into conversation and more importantly, her attention was always on me. Too many salons have staff that talk to each other and completely ignore the customer, so it meant a lot that she was neither distracted or passing the time by chatting with her colleagues while being paid to work.
The chaise lounger chairs were a surprisingly wonderful experience. Unlike many pedicure stations which are often crammed against one another without any proper breathing room, the seating was spacious, comfortable, and more importantly NOT stacked on top one another. I didn’t miss having a mechanical massage, and actually concentrated on relaxing instead of all the tension knotting up my back. I enjoyed a nice hot cup of tea while my service were completed.
What brought me down a bit was that my nail tech pushed too many services throughout our conversation. Without a price list handy, I wound up spending way more than I originally intended, despite having a wonderful, quality experience. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but when every lull in conversation in broken by talk of the member benefits, promoting add-​ons, and detailing the full range of services, it did tend to wear on my nerves. I just wanted to have a simple pedicure and gel nails, but ended up with a deluxe add on, suggested purchase of the open bottle of nail varnish, and I wasn’t given the free chair massage for purchasing a mani-​pedi as advertised on the sandwich board outside the shop.
The quality of the products and services were undoubtedly some of the best I’ve discovered and experienced in Orlando, but I am wary about making the trek across town again. I enjoy no-​pressure spa experiences, especially when I am simply trying to relax. I’d be interested in visiting a second time, provided I am not under the gun to spend more than I initially set out to.

This review is only for a gel manicure service that I received. I have not gone for a pedicure or any of their other services.
The gel manicure I received was subpar. The tech spent way too much time buffing/​scratching the top of my nails. It was excessive, compared to the many other gel manis I have received. She did a terrible job of trimming my nails and skin around my fingers. I had to ask her to re-​trim like tiny bits of skin/​hangnails she just left there, and when I got home, I had to finish trimming dead skin. The gel polish wasn’t painted close enough to my cuticles, so that when it dried fully, it shrunk in, making it seem like I’d had the polish on for several days longer than I had.
Polish choices are limited to their in-​house brand, so the selection is ok, but not as great as OPI gel choices.
The staff stood around a lot and gossiped. Checked their facebook and cell phones while at the front desk, and then kinda threw shade at one of their colleagues who went to get lunch next door at Fresh Market. It was a weird, unprofessional vibe. There was a Marilyn poster threwn on the floor behind the manicure counter b/​c it wouldn’t stay hung up.
The physical space is nice and it seemed clean. I won’t be back, though.

I just moved here from LA, the land of awesome Vietnamese nail salons where $ 40 will get you a GREAT gel mani and pedi (that includes tip, ladies). Sure, they’ll openly gossip about you in Vietnamese right in front of your face, but you’ll get great nail work and you won’t walk out wondering why you spent half your paycheck on a manicure you could’ve done better yourself.
I tried this salon first because it looked clean, the reviews were good and the theme was cute. But it’s cheese-​fest ’99. They have a private line of products but the colors of are limited and horrible quality. They didn’t bother to do the actual manicure or pedicure part– I walked out of there looking like I still needed a manicure.
The only pro is that the salon is clean and well appointed. My search for a good nail salon around here continues.

I am extremely impressed by this place! I have lived in this area for 2.5 years and have had a couple of bad experiences when it come to nail salons. I am quite picky too… I like for a place to be clean, relaxing & have procedures in place that ensure my Health will not be effected or compromised.
Carmen was an absolute doll. She was phenomenal with both personality & skill.
I had the signature manicure/​pedicure combo and it was beyond relaxing. They have 4 large plasma televisions and today they had on my favorite channel HGTV.
My last day of freedom before the kids get out of school was completely relaxing and enjoyable, thanks to this place!

This about my 4^th or 5^th time to this nail salon in the past few months and I’ve been trying a few different people and services out before I wrote my full review. I have had brow waxing, gel manicures, and the signature pedicure so far.
Overall my experiences have been good. The first time I went I had a nail tech who did not do a satisfactory job but I gave the salon some more chances because I love the location and booking appointments online. Booking appointments online is my dream. I wish every place did it this way. I like picking my tech and I like knowing I won’t have to wait around long in the lobby area before I can be seen.
Of the ladies I have had, I have particularly enjoyed Alexis, Shawna, and Nancy. I haven’t tried everyone but these are my go to girls here so far for a manicure or pedicure. I also liked the woman who did my brows but I can’t recall her name just now. Maybe Veronica? Lovely person.
Shawna did my nails today and had great attention to detail which is a big deal for me. No bubbles, no polish left on my skin, well shaped nails, and perfectly clipped cuticles with no cuts. She was fabulous! Nancy did a great job on my toes today and is also a skilled manicurist, too. Just look at her nails on her hands that she does herself. Nancy is a good talker if you like to chat while you get your nails done. For both services I was there from about 9:30 am-​11 which is about what I expected.
The work they did today finally sold me on this being my go to place. At least for now. Prices are reasonable and they take care to keep the place tidy. They have tvs all around with HGTV and some popular music on in the background. The pedicure chairs are not what you are used to and a little awkward at first but they really are quite comfortable. They offer you a little pillow for your back and a blanket if you are chilly. Water and teas are available with no wine at this time. I’ll be first in line for a glass if they ever start.
They have also been adding more hours as demand grows. They now open early around 9am instead of 10. If you’re an early bird they’ve got you covered.
My complaint is with the polish’s longevity and quality. It does not always go on smooth. Some manicures are fine while others the polish ran deep into and over my cuticle line onto my skin. This then causes a lip/​bubble when the natural nail below grows out. I have also had some gel manis last and others chip, crack, and peel in the first week. This place has become to hit and miss for me so I’ve moved on, unfortunately.

One of the best and most relaxing pedicures. Every single member of their staff was so nice and accommodating.
I got the express pedicure by Krystal who was awesome. She was friendly and took great care of me.
Everything was pristinely clean and they explained all the measures they take to make sure everything is very sanitary.
The chairs are comfortable and they give you blankets and a pillow to get comfy and watch tv on one of the many flat screens.
Since they don’t use their tools more than once they allow you to take some of them home for personal use!
I’m so glad that I went here, this will be my new place for nail services.

Jackie was very professional, quick, and pleasant.
It seemed I was just there to chat and before I knew it, my toes and hands were done.
Super clean and friendly is what you will get here, and I can’t believe how affordable the rates are!

I went here for a gel polish change because my usual salon did not answer my several phone calls, and I needed my nails fixed after a botched job. So I decided to try somewhere new…
Trendy and nice atmosphere. Equipment is clean and sterile which I very much appreciate. I felt prices were a bit higher than they should have been.
Nail polish– lots of regular color options but gel is sparse. they have a rainbow of a few colors but not the options I’m used to. Their brand is one I haven’t seen before.
My nail technician was Nancy and she was great. She took her time, but I left with bumps and unevenness of the gel. My nail edges were jagged and uneven but I’m not sure if this is a result of the first botched job or this visit.
They do have a $ 99/​month membership which gives you unlimited manis/​pedis/​gel. I feel this would be a good option, but I’m not sure I would be happy with such a limited color selection.
Overall, I feel it is a good place to give a try, but I’m not sure it’s for me.

This location is right next to the Fresh Market on Mills. You can easily make appointments online which I did. I went in to get a gel manicure, and pedicure.
They do have an interesting seating area where both can be done in the same chair. I had two ladies work on me at the same time which is pretty nice.
I do feel the quality of work in the gel manicure could of been better. She always had to switch sides in order to work on the other hand and the polish could been applied a lot better if it was more of a controlled environment. There were some areas missing polish in the corners when all said and done.
The pedicure I had was excellent at least. Don’t have any complaints on that.
The color choices they had was a great variety as well. At the end of service they do give you the materials that they used on you. Like the buffer and filer to ensure they don’t reuse it on other guests which I liked.

I’m so impressed with this place!
If you are a fan or have ever wondered about the lovely Marilyn Monroe it’s a must to visit her nail boutiques.
Most of what I love about my experience here is my fabulous nail tech, Jesel. (Pronounced like Giselle).
Today I got a full course on the ins and outs of a Gel Manicure. I’ve always wanted to get an understanding of how it works, what the potential negative side affects can be, how to care for them, what works and doesn’t work as far as application and removal. Jesel told me everything! I feel much better about getting this type of manicure. Aside from that she does an excellent job with both my mani’s and pedi’s and we always have a good time chatting and catching up on life.
She is the kind of nail tech you can tell loves what she does.
The boutique is lovely. While I’m sitting and relaxing in their huge, comfy chairs I get to enjoy a slide show that showcases many beautiful pictures of Ms Monroe. As well as memorable quotes from her, and interesting facts about her life you may not have known.
My red colored nails was inspired by all the red I was seeing in the boutique and on the screen. Simply gorgeous.
In addition to getting your nails done there are all sorts of services you can try. One that’s on my radar is their facial massage. I learned it’s good for clearing pores, stimulating the glow of your skin and sinus relief. And with multiple sessions you may even see a decrease in wrinkles. Of course everyone’s skin is different so this isn’t something that’s guaranteed but worth the experience.
And, if you like to have a glass of wine while getting your nails done, although this particular location doesn’t have their alcohol license as yet, you can bring your own bottle and they’ll be happy to pour you a cup!

I came in for a manicure, which is not something I get often, so I was excited for a little pampering. Making an appointment was quick and easy on their website.
I was warmly greeted when I entered the salon, and taken back to my station. This salon is gorgeous. Everything is clean and you can genuinely sit back and relax. The tools used on my nails were sealed, so I felt good knowing everything was sanitized. I enjoyed the time I had with my manicurist, she was very friendly and we had great conversation. The appointment ran a little longer than I was expecting, as I saw it would be 25 minutes when I made the appointment, but that was fine, as I didn’t have to be anywhere right away.
While I really enjoyed the service and thought my nails looked great when I left, I was disappointed that they started chipping within a day of my appointment. The color faded in spots, and it almost looked like the top coat started shrinking, as there is separation between the coats of polish that wasn’t there before. I hadn’t done any kind of cleaning or work with any chemicals that would cause this, and I do not think this was due to the girl who performed the service, but maybe the products they use in the salon.
Unlike other nail salons, Marilyn Monroe uses their own line of products, which do not contain all those harmful chemicals usually found in polishes. So maybe the different formula does not last long, I am not sure. If I was able to bring my own polish I would come back, as I said, I enjoyed my time at the salon, but I could save the money and paint my own nails and get longer wear out of it.

So I decided to check this place out since they were running a Check-​In deal for Order the Unilocal.It’s located in Mills Park so I def dig the location.
When you enter, it’s very white and bright so you get the overall feeling of clean and sanitary, a great ambiance for a salon.
I arrived at 1:30 today, a Wednesday for a walk in pedi, first avail was 2:15 — okay, not a terrible wait but not that convenient either for a slow afternoon. I ran to the store and returned at my scheduled time.
For my deal, I received The Unilocali Pedicure $ 40.00 (32% discount –pedi, hand/​nail cream product to take home, and nail polish= retail is $ 58.50). Thought this was a great deal but I was not familiar with a dry pedicure. Basically, no feet soaking, just a foot rinse. I am not used to this so it threw me off. Just be aware you know this about their services. Also, they don’t do acrylic FYI.
They have their own polish line that is vegan vegan and cruelty-​free having used the most organic and natural ingredients available to help nails their healthiest. I appreciated that. They also have a line of skin care etc. I didn’t look too much into that.
Before you begin, they ask if u have any allergies or medical conditions before they begin. Weird but appreciated I guess.
Huge chairs but no massaging capabilities. They were these interesting contraptions, lots of moving around, adjusting, feet up and down, behind the knee rests, it was a bit overwhelming.
Sanitize your feet before they touch them, you don’t soak before hand — part of the dry experience I suppose. I think being explained why they do this process would have made me appreciate it more, but I didn’t think to ask at the time. I know a lot of people appreciate the cleanliness of this but I am just so used to getting my feet soaked and relaxing.
My nail technician Krystal, wasn’t the most comfortable with handling my feet and was a little clumsy w the utensils — super sweet but didn’t seem to be an expert. She said she is a wax expert there and has been doing it for over 10 years so maybe that is her specialty.
I felt like the actual attention paid to my pedicure vs. actual painting of my nails during the entire 40 min process was ²⁰⁄₈₀ — just didn’t feel completely blown away by how my feet felt after the experience. Overall it was okay but I am not sure I will be rushing back anytime soon; I think I will stick with my go-​to local spots for my nail time.
They offered water or iced tea, I went with water and wasn’t blown away that it was served in a cardboard cup. I mean, for the experience they are going for, I find it hard to believe Marilyn would want to drink out of a paper cup. Speaking of, the huge Marilyn pics and random facts about her on the TV screens were not to my liking. I am sure if you are a huge Marilyn fan you would love it.
I find it extremely odd that besides the founder and CEO, the entire executive board are men:
