Good spot to order messed up order but quickly compensated and delivered correct order

Pizza was great, delivery driver took time to make sure we had extra sauce and he met me at our hotel.
I couldn’t ask for a better PaPa John’s or better service.

Absolutely disgusting pizza. The crust was thick and blackened. Very few toppings. Sauce was just thick and flavorless and gross. Way overpriced. Why are you making this man filthy rich eating this awful food? Because it’s advertised during the NFL? Dumb reason.

Okay I have had papa johns many times, but wow this location is doing something rite it was beyond delicious and perfectly made just how I wanted it ! Thanks guys

HORIBLE STAFF I am totally disgusted right now. Their app was freaking out on me and ordered a BBQ Pizza instead of the Pepperoni Pizza. When politely calling back and asking if they could refund and take this pizza back and brig us just a regular peperroni pizza the «manager» Morgan at the moment was ABSOLUTELY RUDE ! She declined to do anything about this, claimed that it was our fault we obtained a buffalo pizza and not a pepperoni. I explained how I was allergic to onions and that’s I would NEVER in my life order a BBQ pizza! Who would?! She snootily said «I am the manager would you like to talk to the other manager?» When I asked to speak to someone less provocative and downright disgusting. Now I paid $ 12 for a pizza that I can’t even eat. I even left a great tip to the awesome driver. I can’t believe the management here and I order for this place ALL THE TIME!!!

Stating at Disney we decided to switch it up from the conventional food court menu. Huge mistake. 4 pizzas, 1 order of wings and 1 cheese bread ran us over 70 $. Fair enough, but priced comparable to Disney prices. Ordering was a pain with either everyone of our cell phones had terrible connections, or… It was the PJ store line.
Delivery is the killer here. We got the typical 45 minute lane, except it was more like an hour and 20. No call, no status update, no apology. But I should have expected it.

If you’re staying at a Disney Resort (Old Key West for us); they will deliver to you room. I called at 7p and had my pizza within half an hour. Perfect for a chill night in to recharge your batteries instead of waiting at a theme park for one of your reserved tables.

I recently received a coupon for a complimentary pizza from Papa Johns. One day during lunchtime, my kids wanted pizza, so I decided to try them. I just moved from Long Island, New York and there are MANY chain pizza places there, including Papa John’s, however, my husband usually orders pizza from one of the chains, during football season yet never ordered from Papa John’s so I’ve never had their pizza.
First off, I called and placed my order for pick up. The man on the phone was very nice and told me how long it would take. When I arrived to pick up the pie, it was ready. Again, the people who worked there were very pleasant, the place was VERY clean and my pie was ready when they said it would be. When the guy rang up my order, I presented the coupon and that was that! VOILA! Nothing like a discounted or even in this case, FREE meal! My kids liked the pizza very much and I had a slice, which I thought was above average chain pizza quality.
I would go back based on the cleanliness of the prep area, the order was accurate and timely and the people were very polite and appreciative, which is always good business :)

Rude and short on the phone. Papa Johns didn’t seem to want to deliver to a hotel room. I hung up and called Domino’s instead.

Horrible service. Do not follow the instructions. Then argue with the customer (us) for half an hour. We have weighted for the pizza for over two hours. Until this branch changes receptionist and the driver (Rodrigo) you cannot expect good service from them.

While I am not a fan of chain pizzerias, I have many constituents to satisfy when it comes to pizza. When my suggestion that we make our own pizza falls on deaf ears, I usually head down to this particular Papa John’s (especially now that Pizza Fusion has closed down).
The facility offers its menu only on a take out or delivery basis and the prices are quite reasonable if I make the effort to drive over to the restaurant to pick up my pizza pies. It is always clean, a major factor for me, and the staff is consistently friendly and, at least to my eyes, hygienic.
I will not call Papa John’s pizza the best pizza I have ever had. Indeed, it does not come remotely close to being anything more than a standard pie. Nevertheless, despite a tendency to being too sweet, a Papa John’s pizza is consistently prepared, consistently above-​average for a chain, and unquestionably affordable. As long as Mellow Mushroom or a similar pizza parlor does not move into Dr. Phillips, this Papa John’s will continue to get some of my business.
