The visit started horribly. It took almost 10 minutes for our waiter to see us. Given that, we placed out order all at once. 25 minutes later it came out wrong and incomplete. After the waiter didn’t return, I spoke to the manager. He fixed everything on the spot. The good was great. He definitely saved our visit and we will return. The sharmwa was especially good.

This is my first time I have eaten middle eastern food and it was absolutely fantastic! Falafels were divine and so was the lentil soup! Our server Tarek was also very helpful and polite. Too bad we are just on vacation or else we’d be here every week! Hint: Dip the side bread into the lentil soup. 10⁄10 would recommend.

Came on our vacation to Orlando on a recommendation. The food was amazing and so was the staff. I had the beef shawarma and it was so good. Their signature drink is also amazing. Will definitely return the next time I’m in Orlando.

Food was amazing!!! Owner is really nice and staff is well trained. I just moved here from Wisconsin and was looking for a great Arabic place to eat at. Haven’t found one in a long time until our going away party for one of our friends and I fell in love with the place. If you want real authentic food this is the place. Sweets were also amazing. The kuba shawerma and kenafa is outstanding! Thank you!

I love this place. We passed this place on our way to dinner at another place just down the street. Their menu was hanging on the wall outside, so we stopped to take a gander. After we read through it, the food«spoke to us» and we decided to ditch our previous plans and try this place instead. So glad we did. We entered fairly late at night, so the restaurant was nearly empty. The atmosphere was cozy and the restaurant was clean. Ordering was a little strange, but if you know what to do, it’s not that bad. You’ll be seated by someone and given a menu. Once you decide on what you want, you have to get out of your seat and go order it, then you may/may not have to go and pick it up when it’s ready. I thought that the food prices vs. what you get was balanced and fair. Their flat breads with hummus were soooo good. Anyway, we came back a second night a few days later to try it again. Once again, great service and delicious food. Next time I’m in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. One other thing, their desserts are a little bit on the pricey side, but I’ve rarely had better baklawa, kinafe, or sh’aibiyat. Worth the price, IMO.

So this is the first time I have eaten at this establishment however my father frequents here often. When you first walk in there is a host/hostess stand and a sign that says please wait to be seated. There was no one at the stand but we still waited. We got seated pretty quickly as the guy let us choose our own table and followed us with menus(so I am not sure why the sign was up if we pretty much sat ourselves). We sat by the window to the kids play area so we can watch my nephew play. Will get back more to the play area in a minute. They have table service I guess at night but usually you go up to the counter to order and pay for your food. We had table service but then had to get up to pay for the food at the end. Now on to the food. We ordered I got the chicken Sharwma sandwich, it had shredded but chunky chicken lettuce tomatoes and a garlic sauce, my dad got the chicken and beef Sharwma platter which came with your choice of fries or rice garlic sauce and a Tahini sauce. The garlic sauce was what made my sandwich the chicken was dry with not much flavor, asked for some of their pickles which they give you either regular pickles or pickled turnips(yum). I got both and with those the sand which was great, everything was wrapped in a pita bread and toasted. The sandwiches didn’t come with a side but that was ok because we got the hummus as appetizer. The bread that they bring out is fresh comes to your table puffed out and when you break it open steam comes out. They have free Turkish coffee set up which is great for dessert. Dessert time even though we were stuffed we still got dessert, it was kanefe. Melted cheese syrup and some kind of crust ontop. Loved loved the cheese and the syrup yum. Didn’t really care for the top layer. Now for the kids play area one it’s time maybe 3 –4 kids max can go in at a time. Thank god my nephew was the only one in there but it was clean. They have the top area for older kids and they have electrical instruments mounted to the wall so you can pretend you are in a band. On the bottom supposed to be for kids and 3 and under they have a wheel that spins and have the tiny beads that kove. They too also had the electrical instruments mounted to the mall. The service was good, they kept coming by to check on to make sure you were doing good or if you needed anything. nothung over the top but not lacking. I would definitely be back to try some of their food, they also serve breakfast which is a plus and from the parking garage it is not a long walk at all. But a def. Try is the pickled turnips if you like pickles.

This bright, airy space near the Orlando Eye offers Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food in a fast casual atmosphere. It’s part of a rapidly expanding Canadian chain. The extensive menu includes pitas, falafel and pizza-like manakeesh. I had a lunch combo veggie wrap consisting of a Zaatar manakeesh(think of a flatbread brushed with Thyme & Sesame olive oil) wrapped around cucumbers, black olives and mint leaves. It was tasty, but the wrapper was pretty sturdy for a wrap. A companion had a falafel sandwich and it was wrapped in conventional pita. The meal included complementary pita, which was made in the puffed up Turkish style. You’ll probably want an order of hummus or the dip assortment to accompany it. That brings us to the absolute highlight of the meal: THEFRIES! These have to be the best fries in Orlando. Crispy – almost crackly – on the outside, and light as air in the middle, served hot and perfectly seasoned. Wow! During our visit the restaurant was a quick serve concept where you order at a counter, but a hostess seated us and gave us menus. I understand it is transitioning to a full service concept, which will work very well in this space. Our server was very attentive about asking if we wanted refills. It remains to be seen whether there is going to be enough traffic near the Orlando Eye to justify the large size of this and the many other restaurants in the area, but we certainly enjoyed our meal and would go back. Parking is free in the adjacent structure.

Unfortunately I used to drive 2 hours when I was in Canada to this magnificent restaurant. But this branch is a black spot in the paramount restaurant chains. The service is good, the food is very cold, just imagine to have an ice cold chicken shawarma. Along with the bad tasting food, the portion is really small compared with the price. I don’t recommend it to anybody. Few mile away you will find the best quality of food for far more less price.

People seem to be putting negative reviews, maybe they are hit or miss but I had a good experience. It’s kind of awkward you wait for a hostess to seat you, then you have to go to the counter and order. I would just have customers go to the counter to order first then find their seats or have them find their seats then order. No need for a hostess if you’re not gonna have a waiter or waitress… Anyway, ordered the lamb plate, came with fries, hummus, and pita bread for $ 18.99, a beef shawarma wrap($ 6.99), grape leaves, and a paramount special drink. Grape leaves were okay, nothing spectacular but good. The beef shawarma meat was a little dry, but dipping it in hummus made it delicious! The lamb plate was good, the only thing is they need to cook the lamb medium rare to medium for better taste, ours was probably medium well to well done. Service was good and attentive, they even refill your pita bread for free. Overall the food was pretty good and service was good.

Food is pretty good, but the service is enough to make you lose your appetite. Waiters are not attentive at all. You’ll ask them for water, napkins, or ketchup, they’ll say no problem and then never come back. They also have the slowest cashiers possible. I timed the people in front of me and it took 15 minutes to checkout 3 people. When I got to the cashier, she told me I can’t order something unless I had my table number. I told her I didn’t want to get out of line just to get a table number. I guess if you don’t own the place, you don’t really care about the patrons. Too bad:( If you are the type that doesn’t get frustrated with mediocre service, you’ll like the food.

In general wasn’t bad. Few comments though. Beef shawarma had chewy and some times un chewable pieces. Tabolueh had sand grains, you need to really wash curly parsley. Fresh bread was good. Hummus good. Kabab kofte not so much. There’s room for improvement.

Visiting Orlando form Toronto. Had high hopes for this place. What a disappointment. When we enter there was no one at the entrance waited to be seated the hostess was not at all happy to see customers. When we requested a both she actually rolled her eyes. The washroom was stinking of urine when complained for manager he said he was there a minute ago and everything is good. On my insistence he went and checked again and said the same thing. And then just sorted air freshener rather then properly cleaning. Food was OK, portion were small as compare to Toronto. Service was horrible have to ask couple of times for water. What a loss.

DISAPPOINTED! We went there while on vacation, after reading all the reviews. The GOOD in short: Hummus and fries. That was it! The BAD: Everything else. So first of we went in and waited for the hostess to seat us, no one was there, 5 minutes later she shows up with another guy(my guess he’s the owner). We stood right in front of them and they chose to ignore us and ask the people behind us about the number of their party, anyways we got seated. Went to the cash register to place my order, they stated that the food will be out in an hour! Wow! I went ahead and ordered. While I stood there I was observing the kitchen, there I realized that one of the cooks was carving RAW shawarma from the shawarma tower and placing it on the grill, big NO! That is not how you make shawarma! Story short, they served us bread, which looked really good, but unfortunately tasted bland. Next came our zaatar and spicy tomato manaesh(spelling?), toppings tasted good but not the dough, bland like the bread and full with flour. The grape leaves, dry and bland as well. Fattoush came, yay, NOT! Yellow lettuce and dressing is not fattoush dressing, what are these guys up to. The arayes were half filled with meat and were dry, tasted like a bland hamburger. The finale, the mixed grill combo arrived, finally time to eat. The kebab and lamb kebab were burnt! My daughter took one bite and stopped eating, all the the proteins were cold and dry and some burnt! Come one, REALLY! Check the pictures I posted. While waiting for the food we had a few servers approach us with someone else’s order, happened 3 times. I asked for extra bread for the hummus about 3 times, finally someone acknowledged us and brought some bread. We left the food mostly as is and left the place! Will not return to this place again and would not recommend it. I know what lebanese food is and this is NOT it.

Really friendly service and were happy to answer our questions. The place is neat and clean and nicely decorated. We ordered the family platter and it was enough food for 5. I eat Mediterranean food a lot so this was one of the better restaurants I’ve been to.

It’s the best Lebanese restaurant in the area for sure! The food was great(They have the best Nablsieh Kinafe we ever had), the staff was extremely nice and HELPFUL(Specially our waiter Tarek)! The atmosphere in the restaurant was really nice and some great music in the background! I would definitely come back in the future!!!

Large indoor seating area with full wait staff and an area where you can order to go. Donna, behind the pastry counter introduced me to a Mini Rose, a small pastry filled with pistachios and walnuts(wonderful and bought a few to go). Philly Shawarma Pizza was a great personal pan size pizza at $ 6.99 and the employee brought it out to us while we were sitting down. Donna was genuinely excited to share how the pastries were made so that was really refreshing to see considering the place is off I-Drive and was very touristy. Great service, very clean atmosphere and tasty Mediterranean food!

This review is solely for desserts. I wanted to try something quite a bit different than what I have had. The person working the area was so nice with giving me tons of suggestions. I got a few of the options, and only really liked the baklawa. I’m accustomed to Greek baklava, but this is baklawa(lebanese), and pretty similiar. Everything else just wasn’t for me, but I am glad I tried it and I know. I look forward to coming back and trying their schwarma, kafta, and falafels. This place is a very nice set up, and the people that I came across were very nice and helpful. There are a lot of options and lots of pictures to see what everything looks like if you are not familiar. The prices do not seem bad at all especially with this being a pretty nice, new, and touristy spot.
