Customer service here has always been hit or miss. Today, we finally emptied out our storage unit that we’ve had here for the past few months(since February, I think). At first, my husband was told that our things had to be out by the third so we wouldn’t be charged for the month of December. However, my husband was then told on Wednesday(December 2) when he went back with my father to get more stuff out, that if we did vacate the unit before the sixth day of the month, then our monthly rent payment of almost a hundred dollars would be refunded. Well, we got everything out today and the employee there said that our money would definitely NOT be refunded and even had the nerve to say that we left some stuff there in front of the unit, when the stuff that was there was already there upon our arrival today and things we had never even seen in our lives like someone’s tv and something that looked like a little girls bookshelf or something. How would anyone just tell us that those are our things? What kind of sense does that even make? You’re basically calling us liars when we said those items did not belong to us(EVERINLIFE) and we certainly did not put them there. It’s just ridiculous. I’m so glad I will not have to deal with this company and location anymore! Definitely not somewhere I’d recommend!!!
