Singing Sam’s Pizza

Fast, fresh and hot! Not your average chain style pizza. This is quite possibly the best pizza I’ve had in a very very long time. I had the 50^th State pizza with pineapple, BBQ sauce and ham. Fantastic.

and are so glad to have found it! The pizza is delicious and it’s a great price too. We live super close and our apartment gives coupons and they offer free delivery. I wish they had a dine in!
The only downside is that even though they’re right across the street they sometimes take 45 minutes to an hour to deliver, so picking up is always best for us.

Asked hotel for recommendation of delivery pizza and Singing Sam’s it was and we are glad for that. Nice to get pizza from somewhere other than a large chain. Pizza was delivered quickly and hot! The veggie pizza was loaded with veggies. The tossed salad was also generous on toppings and quite fresh. Thanks for the recommendation– hit the spot.

Let me start off by saying that me and my boyfriend have been going to Singing Sams for months since moving into the area. The food is the only reason we keep going back (the square pie and garlic cheese bread are amazing). If the quality of the food was the only factor in rating this place I would give it 5 stars.
However, this is not the case. Every time I go to pick up my order the woman at the counter is extremely rude. This has happened on multiple occasions, whether I pick up the order alone or accompanied by others. What usually upsets her is anything that has to do with a discount (then why offer them?) I’m a cast member so we get discounts and my apartment complex gives us coupons on occasion. Also, if you check in with Unilocal it states you get 50% off a specialty bread.
This is the one that really gets her angry because when I call and ask if it’s a specific type of bread or any of them I always get the answer of garlic cheese. Perfect we will take one. Then I get there and the story changes to oh no it is regular garlic bread not garlic cheese and she tries to force me to pay full price. No no no that is not what I was told when I called and the battle commences. The last time she even said «oh I remember you» in a way someone who has held a grudge against you for years would say it.
Overall, the food is spectacular but you have to deal with awful customer service in order to get it.

This is a solid choice for some delicious food. My review would have five stars if there was a dine-​in option. However, sadly there is not. Carry out only which isn’t great for folks in my situation looking for a nice sit down meal close to my hotel resort. We unlocked the Unilocal check in offer (always a great start!) for half off specialty bread. What we received was heaven in a box. Garlicky warm bread with a side of marinara sauce presumably for dipping. However I found it worked best simply pouring it all over the bread! A small word of warning, the bread can be a bit in the oily side as indicated by the stains on the pizza box so watch out how you handle the box near your clothes.
The ambiance is nice, quiet but could certainly use a few small two-​top tables for the occasional couple looking to eat in. It had an old world feel to it just the same, and the staff manning the restaurant were incredibly pleasant. I would certainly be back if I was in the same area in the future.

I called Sam’s about a half hour before they closed and they were still willing to deliver to our hotel. She told me it’d be about 45 mins and the delivery guy showed up right on time. (And there was no delivery charge? Awesome) We had a large pepperoni and it was delicious. Loved the sauce and the cheese and crust were baked just right. I’m glad I ordered Sam’s over Pizza Hut or Domino’s!

Called to see if they delivered a mile and a half away. They didn’t know the answer!?! The lady was rude and acted like I was stupid! Said she would call back and never did! Can’t say I would recommend this place because I never even had a chance to experience their food! You would think they would care about customer service but obviously they do not!!! I would give no stars if I could!

If you order onion, caution… they use thick cut red onion rather than thin cut sweet

Detroit-​styled pizza: medium thin, soft crust. Cheese was good: 50^th State (BBQ Hawaiian) was reallllllly good. Will definitely be back!

I love the pizza here!!! It is always great to order SAMs 9 squared pizza. I highly recommend this pizza spot.

My review is two sided…
I had recently moved into the apartments across the street from this location and the apartment complex had gives us a complimentary pizza from this place. Excited that it was not a papa johns or pizza hut I was excited to give it a try. the cheese garlic bread was DELICIOUS and extra garlicy! just how I like it. the pizza we had was also delicious and so much better than that of the commercial chains nearby in Orlando.
my only reason for giving it ⁴⁄₅ stars was the way that my order was handled on the phone.
a gentleman answered the phone and I had asked him for delivery… while I was only across the street I was in for the night and besides they had free delivery. all was well as I told him that I would like the pizza delivered and what pizza I wanted. all was well until I said that I lived across the street and had a free pizza coupon. immediately his attitude changed and he said that we would have an hour and a half to about 2 hour wait if we wanted it delivered. I said that was quite a jump and he immediately dismissed me. I asked what the pick up time would be and he said 15 minutes… clearly wanting me to pick up the pizza. I then wanted to add on to my order and have the garlic sticks as well… the man immediately tried to get me off the phone and when I asked «I would like to add on to my order… would you like my business or not… ?» his response was «GO. what do you want? I’m really busy.» I’m sorry. but isn’t your job to do what you are doing in this moment? the man was beyond rude and if the pizza wasn’t so good I would absolutely refuse to go in again… My boyfriend ended up going and getting the pizza and he said a very sweet girl was at the desk…
so overall food experience was great… just work on the professionalism of your employees and I would be more than happy to recommend you to friends of mine

The pizza is good, not anything amazing. However they were running special on a pizza and garlic bread that I saw on way out, just the way we came in from parking I missed it. I ordered a pizza w garlic bread. However they charged me about $ 3 more not giving me special for item combo that I just ordered. Since order was already in process he was not apt to change it.
Also it states «indoor seating» yet it is just chairs to wait for pizza, not sit down with the family. So also disappointed about that misconception. Two kids and 6 chairs to split w everyone else waiting is not the «indoor seating» I was hoping for.
Would have liked a refund for the difference and the details about the place more clear, it is TAKE OUT ONLY.

Ordered delivery from here while visiting Disney World and I was very satisfied with our meal. The ceaser salad was yummy and the croutons were great (important!). The pizza was good and we got a few other things that I can’t remember but all were delicious and you can’t beat the price!!! The person who took my phone order was the nicest stranger I’ve ever talked to on the phone and the food came quick!
I will definitely order delivery here again when visiting DW.

My husband and I got singing sams pizza while we were visiting orlando.
We wanted to get some great pizza to go to take back to our resort.
Singing sams did not dissappoint. We got a large Italian and it was delicious. The garlic bread was so good and you couldn’t eat just one piece.
You can only get it to go but the waiting area is a charming retro looking space.

Very satisfied with Singing Sam’s Pizza! Being from New York, we’re picky about pizza in the south! The pepperoni pizza was pretty good! Nice crust, good flavor. The cheesy garlic bread was to die for! Crispy yet soft, so full of flavor! My favorite! The traditional wings were a great flavor (medium, and sweet chili sauces), but could have been a bit crispier. Overall a GREAT place to get pizza in the area!

Im from nj and let me tell you this pizza blows any pizza I have ever eaten out if the water ! WOW ! Calling them is also a pleasure !!! Try the cheese roll ups also, they are some of the greatest things I have ever eaten! Keep up the great food !!!

Meh. Don’t see what the big deal is. Pizza was just ok and the people behind the counter acted like they were doing us a favor. Take the time and go to Giordano’s.

One of my favorite things is a great local pizza place, especially one I can regularly call upon for a consultant pie. This place is solid. Pizza was pretty good, decent flavor.
The service is ok to say the least. They have a very director communication style, not very personable. But, they are efficient. When they took my order over the phone, they read it back, which is something I appreciate.
When you are sitting in the comfy chairs in their «Lobby» for the pizza. The sight is a little more confusing then most places, almost looks as is it was a doctors office prior to a pizza parlor. The smell over takes you. It’s a pleasant smell of oregano and basil.
I would order from there again.

My boyfriend and I had this place for the first time tonight! We ordered the margherita pizza and got the specialty bread (I forgot to take a picture!) and our roommate ordered the casino pizza (I remembered to take a picture of this one!) We were slightly disappointed that they don’t deliver to our area since there’s a restaurant right next to them that does, but that’s not a huge inconvenience.
The pizza we ordered was quite good! I wish there had been a little more cheese and a little less tomato, but still delicious! I’m anxious to try the other pizzas they create. The specialty bread was soooooo good! I think I ate more of that than the actual pizza haha my boyfriend devoured the pizza… so I’m gonna assume that means he liked it!
I do appreciate that there is also a Cast Member discount! It also makes this place that more appealing. Thanks guys :) Our order was also prepared quickly! I was surprised when they said 15 – 20 minutes. Normally we’re told 30 – 45 for most places. We’re excited to try it again in be future!

This is my FAVORITE pizza place in Orlando. They are located in the Publix shopping plaza by the Outlets and serve up really unique pizza for this area.
This restaurant’s claim to fame is «Detroit style pizza.» Being from the Detroit area myself, it really does taste like the pizza from home. They put all of their toppings underneath the cheese which is exactly my preference.
If you order their square pizza they will also put the sauce on top of the cheese which is delicious. Personally I’d stay away from their garlic spiced crust as this is extremely strong, even for a garlic lover like myself.
Best part of all, they offer a discount for Disney Cast Members AND free delivery. Definitely check this place out!
