Located inside the Florida Mall, this location has two floors. It’s always crazy busy here given the high traffic level of the mall and the fact it’s Starbucks. They do move the line really quickly.
The upper level is perfect for people watching and sitting for a bit. The seating downstairs is usually full but the food court is nearby.
Staff is friendly here and given its busy nature they have learned to be efficient. Drinks have always been made as ordered.
Overall: B
Busy nature and lack of seating bring it down a notch, but if you want coffee pop on in and take it to go.

Rude. Just rude. Didn’t make drink as asked, actually REFUSED to make drinks as asked. Venti Americano in a Trenta cup with extra ice. Nope. Told me they’re not allowed to put espresso in a Trenta cup. Someone needs to read the Beverage Resource Book.

This Starbucks is OK. Nothing more than the average. The drinks are always good so I like that they keep the consistency throughout. However, they now closed the second floor and your seating is on the side/​out of the building, so it’s not so fun. The line is always LONG – assuming it has to do with the location.
Nevertheless, they have a great selection of gifts and mugs and stuff to choose from and the customer service is great! Especially, Tsadiqua. That woman is always smiling, always has great attitude and is always willing to help you and make sure you have an awesome experience. When you come here, ask for her! She’s a true sweetheart.

I hate this Starbucks this is the second time I came here and they messed up first time it was my drink and the second time it was my name, how hard is it just to confirm a name. I don’t think I’ll go back to this one.

Starbucks is consistent with a wide range of beverage opportunities.
Lately my drink if choice is matcha green tea latte no classic.
I especially appreciate the app which allows me to earn points for free food or beverages.
Not to mention the free apps and song downloads. Some of the app downloads are really super!
Line here is always long. Not sure if this location offers ordering ahead on your phone, but if so, use it. Hard to find seats here, so I usually end up in generic seating.

Staff is super friendly and has a great sense of urgency! This location is definitely a little messy when you walk in (pastry case & condiment bar), but that;s to be expected at such a busy location. I’m a former partner so I can definitely be a tough judge, but this store always has happy smiles and a quick pace.

I hate it. Every time I go there with a group of friends, I force myself to get something and it’s always nasty. I asked for a simple hot chocolate, and it tasted like dirty water. The cookie tasted like grains and oil stuffed together and the prices just don’t compare to the size. At least it smells very good inside, the coffee smells delightful!

The line is ALWAYS long. Asked for no ice, they made me wait 30 minutes and I’m not even exaggerating. I often work on the second level and I can directly see how they make the coffee. They’re sloppy, unclean, and I feel it should seriously be inspected. Their wifi is super slow, even my phone’s wifi is faster. I’ve only gone 2x but this will be my last time.

Great experience, no complaints. I ordered an iced coffee and enjoyed it upstairs. Its fun up there and offers a unique perspective at the hustle and bustle of the Florida Mall. You actually feel away from everything and its relaxing. I also like the rewards program and being able to get an iced coffee refill when I am done and make it back downstairs. Its like getting a free drink to go!
It is a shame the sushi place with the conveyor belt is gone because upstairs offered a great place to watch people and the constantly moving sushi.

This Starbucks is within the Florida mall beside the ground floor food court. The food court is moving location later this year as the mall is expanding. This Starbucks is on two levels, the ground floor where the coffee etc is served up and upstairs to chill out, relax and watch the world go by. I really find the quality of the latte here to be superb; I don’t know why it is, but the taste of the latte here is much better than any other Starbucks I’ve been in from Miami to Manchester. The service too is friendly and fast. It’s a busy place with queueing quite common. Another surprising thing is that the prices here are comparable to Starbucks pricing in Northern Ireland. There’s free wifi in store, but it’s a bit of a hassle to get on line and the name isn’t Starbucks so if you don’t ask you won’t know it’s Starbucks wifi. Fu

Today I visited the Starbucks in the mall. When I first entered the store I was the third person waiting in what I thought was the line. Another person also queued behind me. After waiting for over 5 minutes, when it was my turn, the cashier told me I was not lined up in the correct place and proceeded to the take the order from someone who just walked in.
This was the rudest customer service I have ever been faced with such that I felt the need to write a review about this experience. I truly should have asked her name and made a report to her manager as such people should be held accountable for their actions.

There are actually two Starbucks here. One in the hotel & the other in the mall. They are within a stone’s throw of each other, walking distance & inside.
I opted to visit the mall location because each time I walked past the hotel location the line was very long. The mall service was quick, order placed — one coffee & one cappuccino — received within 5 minutes of payment.
The store was clean, sugar & cream station well stocked. We did not order food but the selection of breakfast pastries appeared fresh & tempting.

I purchased a venti skinny iced caramel macchiato and my boyfriend got a grande black iced coffee.
Both were delicious but I’d like to point out that it took about 10 – 15 minutes to get our uncomplicated orders. This is partly due to it being a bit busy and this Starbucks being severely understaffed during an evening… in a mall… in a high traffic area.
With only one person manning the register and one barista furiously (although meticulously) mixing beverages they really could have used one extra person to help make orders.
3 stars for the two staffers though for staying cool under pressure.

Very busy no matter how you look at it since its right there at the Food Court and out in the open for everyone to see. It takes awhile of course but you get used to it since its a Starbucks. This gets 3.0567.
