Customer service is key!
I stopped in to get a bottle water and to send a wire transfer. This place is cluttered and jammed packed with all sorts of stuff. The aisle have obstructions that make it difficult for someone to walk thru them. The counters are filled with trinkets and all kinds of bells and whistles meaningless stuff. Even with all of the distractions with all of the foo foo nick nacks, I could not deny the patience, and stellar customer service that the owner provided to his customers. I am just assuming that the man was an owner, but I could be wrong. He just seemed to care about the store like an owner. This guy knew regular customers and what they wanted. He was quick and able to multitask when lines were long.
Oh and did I mention they have a lot of stuff!
