I should have read the other reviews. I had a box and pre-​paid label and all I needed was a little bit of tape for the printed label but they wanted to charge me $ 2. I have been returning my rented textbooks for school at other ups locations the same way I tried to return this book but never in the past 4 years have any other ups location charged me for tape. I told the girl I could tape it myself three times before she finally let go of my box. I’ll go to another location from now on

I first walked in about midday. Not a long wait. Was happy about that. But I few days ago, I received an email from one of two people that I sent items to. They got the wrong item! I didn’t tape my paper to the package because I thought, hm ups will surely do my a favor considering the item was paid already for shipping and I had to pay for the package. I was so let down that my papers got switched. She didn’t ask me anything. I mean ups. Come on. I go to ups mostly thanks to Yerdle app. I’ll definitely be going to another ups and definitely be taping my items BEFORE I hand them my packages!

RUDE CLERK! GO TO A DIFFERENT UPS STORE!
I would not recommend this location! Visit any other store. The rude clerk was working there on 3÷26÷15 @ noon. The purpose of my visit was to ship an item for return. I had my shipping label, my own packing tape and I had bubble wrapped my item. All I needed was a box. So I watched as he measured the item and immediately begin typing on the keys of the register. The amount due… almost 6! I asked why so much for a box and reminded him that I had a pre-​paid label. He was offended and told me the box was ~3 and then remainder was the fee for packing the box along with the tape. I responded, «That’s ridiculous!» At this point, he began to scold me and tell me that every store charges that much. LIAR, because I left and went to the store near UCF, on Alafaya, and they only charged me for the box.

Excellent service. They do notarize articles for you. Prices depend on how many signatures. For one it is 10 dollars. I notice they do engraving on articles they sell as well. Clean store. Helpful man there today.

DO NOT COME HERE… FIND ANOTHER UPS STORE!
First of all it stinks of B.O. And I was overlooking that due to a quick drop off. However, I didn’t read reviews first and the guy that mentioned tape was correct. They charged me to tape up my package. No other UPS store has. That was the difference over using USPS. To make matters worse, he raised the rate from one dollar to two bucks for a single piece of tape. These guys are in the business of screwing over college kids.
Best advice is to tape ahead of time, drop off the package while holding your nose and run for cover.
