This store needs to get it together. Every time I come in they don’t know what is going on or what they are doing. Everytime they have some new «policy» they make up about how many you can buy, how they need to split items into different transactions (obviously I know you are trying to fix your conversion), they even wrote on the fricking leather with a permanent marker!!! Write on the box not on the leather! Which I’ve never seen them do to anyone else in line but me. Seems racist. This is unacceptable. The people here are rude and treat the stuff in the store like crap. All the box lids are either missing or torn. Making a complaint to corporate!

Ove the products. Love the sales. Dislike the service. If you have someone on training you’d wanna guide them through the process as much in details as possible vs the trainer walking around when there’s customers waiting to pay

It was alright, but I thought the deals could’ve been better since they were considering themselves as an outlet store. With the price + florida’s tax, it was actually coming out to be basically the same price in my hometown. Was hoping to get some new boots for next winter but decided that it’d just be extra space taken in my luggage for something I can get at home.

This is a UGG Australia outlet store selling an assortment of all the Deckers brands, Teva, Simple Shoes, TSUBO and yes, UGG Australia boots, shoes, slippers and more.
Big, brand new store with a cheerful and well educated staff. Easy in, easy out and I’m a happy customer. I’ll be back next season for more goodies.
