Totally agree with the other reviewer. I cannot believe how much I got ripped off by these people. For $ 65(I spent 78 with shipping/deliver), I was told there would be freesia, gerbera daisies, lilies, and irises. There were 4 lilies and 2 irises and none of the others. The rest was just filler of carnations and some cheap daisies. I cannot believe I spent 78 dollars on a basket that looks like it should’ve been 30.

Terrible! I ordered flowers from this hack place– skip it. I ordered cut flowers over the phone, specifying a few colour and flower types. My $ 62 got me: 3 roses, 3 alstroemeria, a few tea roses, 2 spider mums and all carnations. Oh. and baby’s breath. What a rip! I should have gone to Shaws and bought them there. I had also instructed her to call me if there was problem with the delivery. which translated into the deliveryperson leaving them out in the 80 degree sun. I called to let the manager know my displeasure, and some terribly unhelpful and rude woman named«Judy» let me know that my desire for«cut flowers» implied vase to her.(I would never ask for a vase. cut flowers are cut flowers and florist vases are ugly and overpriced) She said she would pick it up tomorrow and replace it with«plain flowers». No thanks. What was I expecting? A gracious apology for the mix up, and a possible refund of the cost of the vase. What I got? Nothing. A bad mood and crappy, wilting flowers. At Thayer, the customer is always wrong, and they will inevitably rip you off. I hate to say this. but just do FTD or something like that on the Cape. This place is terrible, and gives local florists a bad name.
