Our DVD player recently broke and I called Williams TV to ask about fixing it. The owner answered the phone and spoke with me at length about the problem. He was very down to earth and knowledgable. Seems like a guy with a lot of integrity. he didn’t think it was worth fixing so I didn’t end up going in but if you have a big screen tv that needs fixing I think you are in good hands with this local business. He’ll give you good advice, won’t take advantage, communicates well and seems to really know his stuff. I am grateful that he took the time to talk with me. Nice change from the the big superstores.
