so, the sign says Homemade. asked if the hash was home made — nope, it comes from a can, but was told it was good. Asked if the beans were home made, answer was almost, they come from a can but the cook adds stuff so it tastes like home made. Asked if I could have real maple syrup instead of fake stuff for my french toast — was told they don’t have real maple syrup but the stuff on the table is a blend. was also told if I want to bring my own maple syrup next time that would be OK. who the heck brings their own syrup to breakfast out??? So, if you want a breakfast out of a can, that is not home made, and you’re willing to pack your own maple syrup then this might be the place for you.

This is an excellent small town dive. Great service. Very friendly and the food is perfect! The GPS is wrong. Go about 2 miles further on rte 16.

What an amazing find! This place looks like not much from the outside but the food is delicious and service is very fast and good. Get the florentine scramble and you will not regret it. Bacon is cooked to perfection!

Solid breakfast, we stopped by and got eggs and bacon and a hamburger omelette. Both were tasty and served with a smile. Cute little diner.

We stopped by this unassuming roadside restaurant which looks like someone’s house. I loved the Red Sox and puppy décor. The cooking felt very home style and the entrees ranged from $ 2-$ 8! We had the stuffed french toast special which was delicious and not too sweet. We also got the biscuits and gravy which were excellent. It was seasoned with fresh herbs and homemade biscuits. And the service is the friendliest; I loved our server, Linda. She went out of her way to offer me her own stash of tea. She was very attentive and made fun jokes. Great diner atmosphere!

Took a chance and stopped in for breakfast. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Linda was our server and it felt like we knew her for years. It was as if we were sitting in our own kitchen. The food was delicious and the kids loved the fact that their pancakes were shaped like Mickey Mouse. Home fries were cooked to crispy perfection. We will certainly be back on our next trip.

If you want a diner breakfast this is the place for you! Perfectly over easy eggs, hash browns with the right amount of grease, bacon, sausage, ham, you name it. Our server Linda was so damn cute — she checked on us repeatedly to make sure we had everything we needed. The coffee was comically typical diner coffee(read: bad) but this place was everything a breakfast diner should be. I can only imagine it must be PACKED during snowmobile season.

No complaints but definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to come back. Decent meal to stop in for on the drive back home and the service was quick.

Lovely, fresh, really home cooked style breakfast. Hunger forced our random stop at this unassuming road side restaurant. We were very pleasantly surprised. We went there to eat and the place certainly exceeded our expectations in that regard. Waitress was friendly, thoughtful, and patient with our two young boys. Great food was served quickly and at a reasonable price. We’d definitely recommend you stop here, if it’s decent food you’re after and not fancy décor. Had to drop a star because the place could do with a bit of sprucing up but that really didn’t matter to us too much. The food was great!

Great breakfast, great price. Service is always great… The portions are really good for the price and the waitress always makes us feel welcome. Have tired other breakfast places around but nothing compares to Sadie’s.

Sadie’s Restaurant is a little roadside restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, located along Route 16 just south of the divided highway section in Center Ossipee. The dining room in this country restaurant is casual with table seating and counter seating, checkerboard floors and dogbone shaped décor and Red Sox décor on the walls. They offer a good variety of breakfast fare including egg dishes with meat, Rusty’s omelets, bennies, French toast, pancakes, homemade sausage biscuit & gravy, skillet fries, hash, and breakfast sandwiches. For lunch, burgers and grilled sandwiches served with chips and pickle are offered. Prices reasonable here, most items $ 2.95-$ 6.95. I stopped here for breakfast recently. I was offered coffee($ 1.50) as I sat down in the dining room. I ordered the Mexican Omelet($ 6.50) with hash browns and English muffin, which was a good sized omelet, very soft egg texture filled with green peppers, onions, & spicy tomato & pepper salsa and topped with melted cheese(cheddar). The diced onions and green peppers were still raw, but I did not mind and the salsa was a thick, but some of the excess water was on the plate. The grilled hash browns(shredded) were cooked perfectly. The English muffin was toasted brown and buttered. Overall, the food was tasty and filling. The service was good, as I was offered refills on the coffee, which was good and the food was served in about 10 minutes. The check was dropped off as I was almost done, so I was back on the road quickly. CASHONLY CLOSEDTUES-WED OPENTHU-MON: 7AM-1PM
