Well first thing I will say The owner need to go to a class for hiring managers, I called the other day to reserve a few rooms for my extended family out of town. I called for reservations and price and the manager Julian was EXTREME RUDE!!! I never has heard a person in customer service treat people with such DISRESPECT. The man expressed no concern for our needs and told me flat out «CALL ANOTHER HOTEL» ! Who ever owns this hotel should feel the most disrespected and like the biggest fool, from, what I read and what I saw from this Julian, it was not him having a bad or off day, it is how he treats people. I have never in my life see such rude service especially in hospitality, clearly he is not too smart, or he knows he can get away with it as the owners must not care.

We wanted to block out some rooms for our wedding and kept calling and they said someone would call back but never did. Finally, think his name was Julian, called, we agreed upon the price, then I needed to book a room for an international guest. The guy was being very rude about it and said I should just have him call — it’s night during the day in his country and he doesn’t speak English. Finally he reserved the room. I asked for the confirmation email (to forward to the guest) I had to ask several more times before I got it, and it was for a different day AND he took it upon himself to book an extra wedding-​night-​room at our cost without our permission — keep in mind it wasn’t even FOR the wedding night, not to mention we were staying somewhere else.
The lobby looks great and good breakfast, rude manager, and incompetent.
I received an email for feedback and I fully explained how terrible this hassle was for our wedding and how I wasn’t even comfortable letting anyone else book there.
Never got a response .
I wouldn’t recommend dealing with the hotel

I can’t even begin to comment how furious I am with this hotel. Booked 30 rooms for a wedding months before the actual event, signed a contract with them, personally reserved three rooms for family members and myself. The morning of the wedding was called, as mother of the bride as we are getting ready and have a full house full of people, and informed that the hotel was overbooked by four rooms and would my party be wiling to take rooms. 10 miles away!!! Now mind you, my entire family is staying there and now am forced to be away from them! They knew this days before mind you and choose to call the morning of the wedding. What could I say!
What we had were three rooms were 3 rooms with 2 queens in each room, but what we were given, 10 miles away, was three rooms with only a full bed in each room.
I can’t begin to say how angry I am about all of this and could never recommend this place under any circumstances. No stars from me!

Very Clean friendly, clean and courteous staff. I always highly recommend to my family when in town to make sure to stay here. Nice Pool & hot tub and sauna along with internet convenience /​business center if needed. Warm friendly fireplace lobby to meet guest. I also have stayed here just to get away from every day life. Rooms are comfy and clean. LOVE the Suites! I especially love the waffles in the morning breakfast!

Stayed for a weekend at this hotel. Very clean, well appointed rooms. Reasonably quite. Nice pool and hot tub. Free breakfast was only OK. Tired of circular fused things that are supposed to be scrambled eggs. Nice conference room. Overall, nice experience.

I gave my wife a get-​a-​way night there as a Christmas gift. I figured it wouldn’t be returned and we both may enjoy an evening after the Holiday Stress!
We checked in on 1−6−12 and had a beautiful King suite with a whirl pool tub in the corner of the room. Everything had been recently remodeled and was very clean. They even had the TV remote sanitized! Needless to say, we enjoyed a quiet, relaxing evening and slept in late!
The next morning we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast with a huge waffle, juice and fresh coffee. If you leave there hungry, it’s your own fault.
Whether you are local and want to get away from it all or traveling to the area, do yourself a favor and stay here.

Wonderful mid-​priced hotel. We spent several days here during a family get-​together, and AmericInn met or exceeded nearly all of our expectations.
Fantastic, country lodge-​like atmosphere, friendly staff, and a wonderful (hot) free breakfast each morning.
Only complaint would have to be the towels… They were hard, stiff, and felt like sandpaper. They could really use some fabric softener.
But despite that, would definitely stay here again on our next trip.
