The owners and employees at Barefoot Bodywork are wonderful. I’m not much of one for massages myself, but my husband and dad ALWAYS request gift certificates from here for birthdays, Christmas, etc. My dad has neck pain from and injury and my husband has back problems on occasion. They are very knowledgeable and gentle.

Highly recommend Barefoot Bodywork and Massage. Grew up in Ottumwa, IA and after graduation from high school join the military while serving over 20 years I have put a lot of mileage on my body thus creating a lot of pain. With all that said the last time I took leave (vacation) I returned home to Ottumwa and scheduled an appointment at Barefoot Bodywork and Massage. I purchased the 90 minutes deep tissue massage and afterwards felt brand new again. So now everytime that I come home on leave I make an appointment with them. There staff is highly professional, respectful and kind at all times. Thus I highly recommend Barefoot Bodywork and Massage to any one who is in need of Massage therapy.
