Got to the hotel and waited 30 minutes for someone to check us in and the room numner i checked in online wasn’t the one I got and the one they tried to give us was full of smoke and they were out of the same type of room. My guess is someone else complained about the smoke and they gave then ours. Crappy service.

Stay away from this hotel. Incompetent management and idiotic policies. I’ve been staying in Hamptons all over the country and this one makes the worst.
To the comment below. I do work for government and have all proper ID’s. This is the only Hilton hotel that requires goverement issued credit card on top of ID.
Somehow hotel management decided to institute their own policies and I do hope that Hilton brand does something about it.

I really liked this hotel. Room was great, service was great. Very new, fresh look & feel. The breakfast was good. Definitely would consider staying at a Hampton Inn in the future (this was my first stay with this chain).
