I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this place deserves a pat on the back for it’s friendly customer service. EVERY time I walk through the door I always get a «Welcome to Firehouse Subs», I work very close and go frequently, and don’t remember a time not hearing this. The people are so nice and I just want them to know it’s noticed and appreciated. Good job Firehouse! :)

The owners are great. The food is fantastic. The meatball sub (sweet and spicy) is unlike any other. I normally get the club which is served hot. Really don’t know why this place would be anything less than 5 stars… unless you just had one bad experience. I never have and come here often.

Went during lunch on a Saturday, worst service I have ever experience at any sub place. Took 40 minutes to get the subs to go and when I got home only one of the sub orders was correct. Five folks making subs and there were spending more time talking. Owner/​Manager was there and he was more concerned about the line to order subs rather than making sure they were being prepared correctly. Save your money go to Subway across the street.

Like most sub shops these days it is a bit pricey, however the portion size and quality of the food make it worth the money. Unlike other chain sub shops you actually get full eating here and the food is excellent. I have had the cheddar smokehouse brisket sandwich and the sweet and spicy meatball. Both have been excellent.

Super friendly staff. Great management. The owner really knows his stuff. I told him to pick his favorite sandwich for me and I had never had a sub so delicious in my life.
The store is very clean. Yes the staff is new, but so is the store. They’ll get the hang of it. Overall great experience!

Service: Brand new store. Brand new staff. A little off putting with the lack of product knowledge and customer service. Something I appreciate about the Firehouse Sub Company is their high standard for excellent customer service, however, this location is currently lacking in a big way. I will be willing to come back after the store had been open a little longer.
Food: The sandwich I ordered was correct and delicious minus the dry bread.
Atmosphere: A little chilly, no music for background noise minus the staffs conversion, and the open sign was off in the middle of the day.
