My dine-in lunch experience at this ‘KenTacoHut’ was just A-OK. My order was correct, and the food was typical KFC, but the order taker was hard to understand, and slow.

Horrible food, horrible, unfair service. We ordered 2 chicken legs, for $ 4+ and after receiving it, looked like little chicken wings, or like the size of buffalo wings. The manager really impressed me by saying«sometimes you get a big size, sometimes you get small». We were really surprised that what they advertise as fresh and juicy to be this dry and disgusting looking. When I called the number on the receipt, no one answered at this location. So I drive back to the location from my home, and explained the problem, the manager would not own up to it. He was rude, could care less about service, and kept justifying his mistakes. Not only are they unfair in service, but they do absolutely nothing to rectify their mistakes. You’re better off going to the many other drive thru’s right next to this one.

Have one of the friendliest staff for KFC’s in town. Always have a great deals going with nonprofit organizations in town. If you are do drive through this is the one to go to.

The food is like every other KFC in the universe, because it’s a tightly regulated franchise, duh. Every time I go through the drive-thru, they get my order wrong. Something is always missing. Sometimes it’s the biscuit, sometimes it’s the cookie. Plus they are so… darn… slow. And not just during the lunch rush, but always. This place needs some help.

Food was fine but a twenty five minute wait in line for just three cars is ridiculous five minutes to order twenty to get to the window and food was still not ready.

I know, I know… fast food isn’t supposed to be that great. My one star isn’t about the food. The person behind the counter should be able to work the cash register and properly make change and take my order. To that, your«dollar special» and a «dollar side» shouldn’t come to over six bucks. Hire better help.

I’ve ordered«to go» from here several times. I always have a coupon because I can’t afford a bucket of chicken otherwise. Oh and I have been here a couple of times for the«free piece of grilled chicken» promo. Today though… I felt I needed to try The Double Down. I heard someone say«they brought it back»… as in it was gone for awhile and they felt so bad that I hadn’t tried it, they gave me a second chance. LIMITEDTIMEONLY! Sign me up! I ordered it and she gave me the choice of original or extra crispy — I don’t know if she was kidding me or not… maybe I will never know. I went with extra crispy… while I was waiting I got a very strong feeling that I should have mashed potatoes for dipping. So, when she came back I actually placed a separate order for a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and it was like 1.74 for this tiny little bowl. I should have just gotten the big tub. Dang. Anyway… I rushed home and investigated it. It was just two pieces of boneless chicken breast slapped together with some strange tangy sauce, two pieces of unmelted cheese(white cheese — don’t know what kind it was supposed to be) and one piece of pitiful bacon. I was expecting a tomato — I don’t know why. It was more original than extra crispy but a few big crumbs were pretty crunchy. The mashed potatoes were a good choice. It was a huge sloppy mess, just like I like it to be. If you like KFC chicken then you will like the sandwich… the sauce was a little unexpected but didn’t really take away from anything… I think it would have benefited from gravy instead of the sauce though. The sandwich was over 5 bucks. So, yeah that was what I had today. KFC or KGC as they like to refer to themselves now(bad move — I don’t like it), has always been special to me. Whenever we have a family get together, KFC is what we chose to enjoy because everyone loves it and is so portable. It’s the smell… man what an irresistible smell that wafts from that bucket(and the word«bucket» mmm now that makes me hungry). Anyway about this particular location. Most of the employees do not have a strong grasp of the English language. Large orders can get pretty messed up. They are really nice people though. I’ve never been through the«drive thru» but it is pretty hoppin’. They are a Ken-Taco-Hut and the drive thru” line is shared. I don’t care for the parking lot — it’s really small and sectioned off like a pigpen or something. Then you are forced to walk across the«drive thru» lane to enter the building. Pretty dangerous if you ask me. I really like the KFC bowl… it’s got everything I love in a big gom contained within a bowl. Chicken, corn, cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy. Yum! They used to let you substitute rice for mashed potatoes, but that is dumb. I don’t know if they still offer it or not… probably not. Or they shouldn’t anyway. This place is fine for a KFC fix, but check your bag to make sure you got what you ordered.
