How much do I hate this Pearle Vision, let’s see…
— An eye exam is usually $ 85, but I found a groupon for $ 59 that was supposed to cover up to $ 200 of an exam and glasses. They gladly accepted the groupon after I finished my appointment with no mention of any strings attached so I figured that was the end of it. After a few days I got a call saying that I had to buy glasses for the groupon to apply to the exam even though the groupon never stated this. Very annoying, but I didn’t feel like fighting it so I went back in and offered to pay the difference between the $ 85 and $ 59 I’d already spent on the groupon. They said they wouldn’t do that, so I had to pay the full $ 85 and then dealt with groupon for a month trying to get a credit for the $ 59 which wasn’t easy since they had redeemed the groupon after my appointment. Not a good way to do business.
— I made an appointment specifically with Dr. Gupta online, but when I arrived she was nowhere to be found. I had a few questions about my vision for the guy that I ended up seeing and he said he didn’t know the answers, but he took my e-​mail and said he’d get back to me. I never heard from him.
— The glasses are overpriced, make sure to shop around.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
