As an older person, I’m a technology alien. Without Jason’s help I would be lost. He responds to my most elementary questions with respect and in a way that I can understand. When my computer needed to be replaced, he took care of everything, including getting a new computer and transferring data. I did not have to go to a store or research anything. He saved me so much time! The monthly monitoring is seamless. Before Jason started helping me, I’d see the alerts to upgrade, and I wouldn’t know whether it was valid or not. It’s been such a relief to have him do this. I was at a loss. He knows which ones to upgrade and which ones to avoid. Frankly, I just don’t know what I would do without his help. He has made my life so much less stressful. And he’s a really nice guy. I like him a lot.

Jason is the BEST! He «knows his business» but doesn’t hesitate to research if he doesn’t have the answer. He is professional, personable and available when I need him! (He is also very patient with an inexperienced, frustrated computerist!) I would recommend Jason to anyone for computer advice and service!

I don’t know what I would do without Jason!!! What a patient, kind, knowledgeable person! I’m so glad that I found him!!!
I LOVE the monthly monitoring. He just takes care of little things remotely! It’s so easy and efficient.

These guys are great. Immediate professional service. Transferred a 7 year old PC to a new one, along with about 8000 songs on itunes and a ton of pictures. Learned a lot while he was there, plus the Facebook page always has good information. Will definitely call again when needed.
