In general the service is pretty good. Many issues with Crystal in the past & glad she is gone.
I’ve talked with the new main manager a few times & she’s been fine.
I especially want to single out Jim, who works there on Mon. & Tues. He’s always friendly & helpful.
The only thing I think that needs to be improved is the snow removal in the wintertime which on a few occasions has not been satisfactory, making it difficult to get in & out of my unit.

I called this location to get some information on the units, and spoke with a woman names Crystal. I have to be honest and say that I’ve always been skeptical about storage units. After speaking to Crystal, with her knowledge, her kind disposition, and how polite and helpful she was, I feel comfortable, and will be purchasing a unit to put my valuables in. I can’t express how happy I am with the service that Crystal gave to me.
