Love this location as it’s a hop skip and jump away from my front door. I was most impressed when I stopped by when it was rather busy during the holidays. I had to get gas and wanted to pay cash. I went in expecting to wait in a long line and was pleasantly surprised when it took me a total of no less than 60 seconds to get in and out. The young man (who I’ve seen several times) was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He handled the rush with ease.
Only giving 4 stars because the night staff is not as impressive, very mediocre, but still good.

Massively busy QT at the corner of SM Parkway and Metcalf. Manages to stay clean and on it, like all QTs. I love this brand.

in the mornings the staff is great here
the reason for 4 stars instead of 5… they don’t seem to clean the soda dispenser enough, other locations seem to have a cleaner fountain drink dispenser. Maybe they’re just busier so they can’t keep it as clean… i don’t know but that’s my only complaint about this location

QT, as we locals call it, is a unique approach to convenience store mantra: CONVENIENCE and SPEED. WEIRD – isn’t it??? The clerks TRULY strive to hustle people through the lines. They actually (GASP) will use one register and help two customers… They have Diet Dr. Pepper which makes me warm and fuzzy inside. When it comes down to, the products they carry aren’t THAT different from other convenience stores, it’s their philosophy and employees who make the difference. QT: it isn’t an addiction, it’s a lifestyle choice!!! (Note to self: People who don’t appreciate QT’s mantra have no souls)

This Quick trip is consistenly clean (even the restrooms… seriously!), and the employees are friendly. I love the sugar free White Peach iced tea, yummy! This is my usual gas station, unless I’m near a Costco when I’m on empty. It’s a busy place, and parking can be tight in peak hours.

Best service ever! Walked in, got my money from the atm, went to the soda fountains (they were totally mopping the floor which is good but I am a complete klutz so for me not so good) and paid. My change was counted back (love that) and I was given a bag I requested (had to clean out my car).
I have to say that QuikTrip is one of my favorite things about Kansas City. People who work here are polite, the stores are clean, the gas prices are decent, they are all over the place, etc.
And that’s all I have to say about that.
