Tech Guys

I had a laptop that gave me troubles from the start. One day it just stopped working completely and I simply bought a new PC.
Life went on until one day I wondered if it could be fixed. At the time I lived in old Overland Park and drove by Tech Guys almost daily. I took my laptop there and the gentleman who helped me was really nice. I always feel out of my realm in computer stores or car shops, it is just not my expertise. I feel like they smell my fear and I am the perfect naïve customer who can be told she needs a new engine when she is just out of gas and pay (sad, but kind of true).
Tech Guys called the following day and said my computer was fried (I am pretty sure that the verbatim diagnosis was a lot more technical, but bottom-​line my lap-​top was dead). They didn’t even charge me for this! I am sure that they didn’t do much to figure it out, but still there was an opportunity to charge me for something and I thought this was great.
I told them I am computer-​impaired and there was no doubt at some point in time they would get some of my money :)
Overall it was great service and when my new computer inevitably gets «sick», I will take it to Tech Guys.
