Personal Service at its best! We purchased outside carriage lights a couple of years ago from Western Chandelier, and they started to rust. According to the manufacturer, they were only guaranteed for one year… a response we weren’t happy to hear. Mr. Wayne Burton, owner of Western Chandelier, spent time and energy to get our lights replaced, at no cost to us, but above and beyond that, we came home one day to find the new lights already installed! You don’t see that type of customer service anymore. Mr. Burton deserves Kansas City’s business.

This place is AMAZING for custom lighting.
We ordered a glass piece to replace one that had been broken a while back and it took a just a few days to come in.
The only downfall is that it’s WAY South and I live Downtown.
If you’re looking to find lighting of any kind that is very nice and custom, check this place out.
BTW: They are open till 4 on Saturdays now. Apparently this has been the case for years but the hours were inaccurate. :)
