My folks have relocated here from Sarasota to be closer to the family. The office staff was very nice in transitioning my folks from their gated deed restricted community (over 55) to this independent living retirement community. There is an application process and then it’s on to customizing their villa. The layout is spacious and the onsite staff was very helpful in coordinating their appliance deliveries and unit customizations.
The community is quiet and well kept, nice landscaping and mature trees. The fellow residents are very nice and welcomed my folks to the neighborhood and the St. Luke’s Lutheran church community. My folks are settling in to their new home very nicely.
