Worst Graphics department ever! I have never experienced such bad customer service on something as simple as a logo design. I went in with a photo of what I wanted our logo to look like and Clay one of their associates spent 10 minutes going over everything I needed. Said I would have it in a few days. A week later, nothing so I called and found out he had gone on vacation that whole week, never passing my project off to someone else. I then proceeded to work with 4 other associates all of which really had no excuse to call themselves a graphic designer as they could not even do the most basic of the design elements. Finally after 3 weeks, I got my logo. They put it on a flash drive I provided and said everything I needed would be there and if not to let them know. I had requested the logo be in color and also in white so it could be used on our retail shop window as a decal. The white logo was never provided and here it is another 3 weeks later(total of 6 since the initial order) and I have not received any response back to my multiple emails. Very poor customer service, I regret going there. I had to have Fast Signs redo my entire logo so I could have for my shop window. By the way, they did it in 2 days and it looks better, wish I had gone there first. My main problems is the bad customer service, just ignoring someone over something so basic is ridiculous, I was not upset in my emails or any of my dealings with them, so not sure why they decided it wasn’t worth their time to even follow up with me when I had an issue. Won’t go there ever again, poor staff and poor management for not following up.

I don’t know why I ever go here for anything. Every time I visit I kick myself on the way out for thinking it might be better. Went this week to get a toner cartridge for my printer. When I couldn’t find the one I was looking for, I looked for someone to help. While I was looking I killed a 2 inch spider that came out from under a shelf. The only person I could find was working in the print department. I asked her if she could find the toner cartridge. Without acknowledging me or my question, she got on her radio and asked someone to come over and«help a customer find printer ink». With nobody really in the store, apparently nobody could help me. She paused, still didn’t acknowledge me and said over the radio, «so no?» At this point I walked out of the store and she didn’t try to stop me or help me. This basically sums up my experience every time at this Office Max. I have stories about leaving a toner cartridge because the guy who fills them wasn’t in. 3 days later I went back only to find they had no idea where my cartridges were. A manager finally remembered seeing them but there was no note with them so he threw them out. And what did I get for that? Nothing. Oh wait… I did get the not so sincere«I’m sorry». No discount on new ones. I am the sorry one for ever stepping foot in here. Go to Staples a mile away next time!

FedEx drop off location. Yup, that was the reason for my visit, a Fed Ex drop off location. Close to work, and convenient. The store is well kept and organized. The staff is hit and miss with the help they give you. Trying to find someone is like finding the lost City of Gold, and the attention when you walk in … well, two store clerks talking to each other and they might not really give you the time of day unless you really go and grab their attention. Oh well.

Store run by stupid lazy people. Went here around mid december, the place is empty. No one at the registers, and two people by the copy area, looking away. I had to get their attention, then I get this young girl to check me out. She rings up the items wrong, when I tell her theres a problem she gets the manager who make a futile attempt to fix it. Needless to say even when I told them my concerns they told me the items are rung up right and gave me a receipt. When I checked my credit card statement it showed up double the price that it should have. Lazy people, no customers and act like they are bothering them to ring you up right. No wonder the place had zero customers while I was there.
