Fresh food– ordered a Butter burger and a flavor-of-the day custard (cookies and cream). Both were delivered without to much of a wait and the server was very friendly. Clean inside and restrooms.

I just can’t seem to come up with anything good about this place… nor can I come up with anything bad. Service is slower, but the food is fresher, so that evens out. It’s more expensive, but the quality is profoundly better than most fast food, again it evens out.
Whenever I come here I feel like I am eating food from one of those old-timey malt shops. A decent burger and fries, occasionally some cheese curds, and the drive in style serving.
To a certain degree I really don’t understand the draw to come here. But I can see why it would have some appeal in a midwestern small town.

I always end up over here for lunch or dinner on my way back from the Twin Cities. Well, it’s far enough from the traffic that you can enjoy a meal. Anyways, I always get the Atlantic cod sandwich or meal. It’s better than your basic fish and chips. I never had their frozen custard and should try it one of these days:) Just visited there last Friday for lunch and the place was packed. I guess this is a favorite with the locals so get their earlier than noon.

Culvers is the best, being from Wisconsin. Food is worth the short wait and any of the deserts are amazing. I recommend the chocolate malt.
