I am glad that after the grandmother contacted corporate headquarters, a HyVee corporate representative responded to the complaint and apologized for the employee’s behavior. The rep assured they do not train HyVee employees to treat people like this and they would not tolerate this employee’s behavior. They assured they would speak to the employee so she never purposely greatly offends customers this way again. We appreciate this from HyVee and will continue shopping there afterall. As for the other rude gas station attendant who throws money at customers… I guess there isn’t much HyVee can do about him.
