NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE of the older gentleman at the counter as was not the most friendly, outgoing, person in the world. He did manage to fix my sons guitar temporarily until we could afford a new one. He seemed really busy and bothered when asked a question. Another customer had come in after me and he was kind of agitated and pretty much shooed us off and didn’t seem that friendly with the other customer either. I went ahead and decided to have the guitar restrung while we were there instead of going somewhere else. I think I will look elsewhere to take my business in the future tho. He didn’t seem like he really cared about customer service or taking my money. I’m sure there are other places that will.
