Ok, I would not normally write a review of a fast food restaurant but my family and I had the most pleasant experience today at the Ritzy’s on 54 in Owensboro and I just had to share! We mentioned we were new in town and the manager was exceptionally friendly and patient as we scanned the menu. He even gave us a free sample of the chili (which is excellent by the way) and came out to check on us during our meal. Then, when we returned to the counter to buy ice cream, he gave it to us for free, as a welcome gift! The burgers reminded me of steak and shake and were delicious! The ice cream was gourmet and better than any in town! We’ll be back!
