I had a very enjoyable experience interacting with Dot as she effectively signed me up for my storage bin. The facility is new and comfortable. The location is easy to get to. Dot was the only employee working that day, but she made mw feel welcome and explained everything precisely. I like that this location has elevator access. I would highly recommend this location.

The customer service of this place is terrible!!! Also they don’t have Trolley available to carry your stuff, I was place on the second floor all the way to the back building. I always have to walk all the way to the front desk to sign up for a car go up on the elevator to the unit and do the same to return the d… trolley. Also they rise the price with no reason. This place sucks!

After a rocky start renting the unit the General Manager, Eric Washington went over and above to make sure that our experience was top notch. I believe their customer service will definitely be the best with his leadership. I would definitely consider this location when looking to rent a unit. Clean and safe building which is so important!
