S&R Laundry Services

Wonderful experience!!! In the process of moving and our washing machine and dryer both quit working. We’re moving this weekend and I didn’t have any spare time to go to the laundromat, especially with 2 young kids.
So I called S and R and it was an excellent decision! The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and explained everything. They did my laundry in a timely manor and even handled a special request without hesitation. Very pleased this company exists and did such a wonderful job! The pick up and delivery was a lifesaver!!!

I used S&R laundry several times after initially purchasing a Groupon deal. The owner was worked with me to pick-​up and return items in a timely fashion. However, after using them several times they ruined a brand new dress that I had only worn once before entrusting them to clean it. Simeon (the owner) admitted that the dress had been ruined, but instead of compensating me for the cost of the dress he offered me $ 65 in free dry cleaning? Seriously? Why would I want more dry cleaning services from you after you just ruined a new garment and refused to replace it. I am a small business owner myself, and on the rare occasions that we don’t meet customers’ expectations we provide a 100% refund and do whatever it takes to compensate the customer. This is what I expected from S&R Laundry, but they didn’t deliver. I will NEVER use their services again and I suggest that any other customers proceed very cautiously before entrusting them with your garments.
