I would not recommend this business to anyone! I made the mistake of going here in order to save myself some time and get my vehicle registered. What a mistake that was! While they will say one thing and I say another, I was verbally told by the business that as long as I «started» the process to register my car within a certain window I was eligible for the state tax credit. I was later verbablly told by another staff member that I was not eligible for the credit because I didn’t «complete» the process within 60 days. A minor, but important difference in my opinion! Through my own time and energy, I went to the MVA and got the matter cleared up myself. Thankfully by speaking to the right people at MVA, I was able to register my car without being penalized. They kept my 65.00 +/​-​fee for services that I ended up doing myself. Since it’s not a large dollar amount, I hadn’t planned on pursuing it further.
Fast forward several months. I wrote a bad review on social media about this business. I RECEIVED A LETTER THREATENING LEGAL ACTION IF I DIDN’T REMOVE IT. This appears to be a popular business scare tactic. As this is clearly an attempt at intimidation, I am posting this information here and plan on sending copies of this letter to every local media outlet and internet site I can think of! In fact if any 1^st amendment attorney or advocacy organization wants a copy or to take the matter up, please contact me.

I didn’t have much time before I needed to be on the road but I needed to transfer my title from another state, register the car, and get tags. Luckily I passed state inspection at a garage near my house. Terry’s really fit the bill for my needs. For only $ 30 extra than the DMV, I was literally in and out with everything processed in FIVE minutes. I went home, put my new tags on the car, and I was off! What a relief.
Before you visit Terry’s, call them if you want to review the documents you need. They really put me at ease. 2% surcharge for credit cards — bring a checkbook if you don’t want to pay this.

Terry’s Tags and Title was absolutely amazing! Originally I was going to go back to the MVA (and we all know how much of a dread that is), but I was referred down the street to Terry’s. Not only were the girls angels and a huge help, but the service and the process was so quick and easy! 5 stars!

I sent an email asking for information reguarding their coupons they advertise and that I would like to purchace my stickers from this business. They replied they would get back to me shortly. Well they never got back to me and there was no information sent to me about coupons. They failed on both
seems what they advertise and do are two different things. I will now go to the Mva on route 140. Disappointing on all levels. The business deserves ZERO stars because they DELIVERED A ZERO.
