Gave it a second chance after a poor first experience at this location. Will not be returning. Flies and ants were seen inside the restaurant, service is slow and incompetent, and food is not worthy of consumption.

Worst ever! First off, no one was even at the front register. They had to keep calling for «Vicell» to come to her register. There should have been a backup person to help her. She was actually in the back getting supplies to stock her front line. I waited 10 minutes for a measly chicken wrap that looked like she picked it up off the floor and gave it to me fries not at all hot. The flat bread was not at all warmed. The young lady who made the wrap never said thank you or have a nice day nothing. No customer service skills what so ever! This place was not even busy for being on the noon lunch hour. I tell ya…

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I fucking hate this place. I’ve been harassed. I filed a complaint and basically nothing happened. I was offered coupons to compensate. I went back to use the coupons and they got my order wrong. I told the cashier that this isn’t what I ordered and he insisted that I was wrong when I can clearly see my order is wrong and it didn’t even match what was on the receipt. JUST PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Always hiring for managers… nearby working people frequent the place. I don’t normally go to this location, but it’s there for use. As always ask for fresh fries!
