Josephina’s Kitchen

Conveniently located in the parking lot of the Oxford Home Depot, stopped here for a snack on my way to facilitate my home projects.
Being that it wasn’t busy, I had a chance to talk to the owner, who has only been there for a week. No set hours yet as he feels his way through. He can be open anytime the store is, but has no desire to be there on quiet evenings. He was very friendly and I hope he does well.
Only wanting a snack and knowing my four year old would not finish her own, I split a hot dog with her, half mustard, half plain. Could hear the snap at first bite, always a good sign. The dog itself tasted good., though I would have preferred a toasted bun.
Though I was a bit distracted by my little one, it looked like they also serve some sandwiches. I plan on being back in the next few weeks and will give an update.
